How many I need to visit Kelowana? Please inform me.
You forgot to mention the abysmal wages in Kelowna. Their “sunshine list” is anyone who makes over $75K! C’mon, $75K is BARELY a living wage! I couldn’t work for the pathetic wages in Kelowna!
If its that much expensive then how people are living there 🤔
May as well keep and stay where you are, it be Ludacris to move here. Cold fires all summer over populated, the lake polluted with boats, and in the summer, the main attraction is watching your house burn down to the ground from the other side of the lake.. Isn't that exciting, and they might, might rebuild it if you're lucky 😂
Great job, just explain to people the difference between West Kelowna & Westbank.
Excellent production. Im sending it out to lots of people
Thank you Robert!
U really did a great job on this video !Can u suggest to me which neighborhood would be my best choice for a family which contains 2kids and have just immigrated from China?Thank u ❤
Yes sir. Can you email me so we can communicate. [email protected]

Do you think home values will go up? Down? Or stay the same in 2024?
Fantastic guide! 🏡 The 10-step breakdown made the home buying process seem so much more manageable. Especially appreciated the simplified explanations and up-to-date tips for 2024. Time to turn that dream home into a reality! 👍
Hey Kevin , really nice video! I was wondering if I could help you with Quality Editing in your videos and also make a highly engaging Thumbnail which will help your video to reach to a wider audience ?
With its lake and sailboats, Kelowna reminds me of Zurich, Switzerland.
Comment "Guide" and I will send you our FREE buyers guide so you can navigate the process smoothly!
Grew up here. Beautiful area but it absolutely sucks now.
How so?
Why
Do either of you live here? If so, for how long?
@smiffyOG not yet but sooner planning to
I love West Kelowna!
West Kelowna is awesome!
Beautiful but a great way to lose all your money unless you've got a major job
What an awesome video 🙌
👍👍
What are some things you love about the Okanagan? Could you see yourself living in West Kelowna?
Which side of the Okanagan Lake do you like better?
Looking in good man. Did you edit this yourself ?
Thank you sir. Yes I did. Still learning and have a ways to go but slowly getting the hang of it.
Hardest working realtor in the game!! 🔥
Thank you Orion! Hope your crushing it up in Prince George!
Thanks for your honesty re Kelowna, did you forget the traffic woes?
I talk about the the traffic woes in my top 10 pros and cons of Kelowna video. Make sure you check it out!
Vancouver traffic is 10 times worse
I wouldn't even consider moving to Kelowna unless I was totally financially secure. Kelowna is a very expensive city, the cost of living here is through the roof. Plenty of work in the service industry ( if you can survive on $ 15 - $ 18 per hour ). Rental accommodation ,, average cost to rent a two bed, two bath apartment $ 2300 per month plus utilities. Crime ,, well we are just about the top of the list when it comes to stats for cities. The disgusting mess and filth down on Leon will make you jump backwards ,,, plenty of needles in City Park, drug dealers, hookers and pimps ,, plenty to go around. Health care, good luck finding a family Doctor, plenty of walk in clinics ( which most physicians prefer, more lucrative ). I'm retired and I golf three days a week ,, was great while it lasted, be aware if you are a golfer that there are no memberships available in any of the local golf clubs. Average green fee $ 125.00 no including cart. Keep in mind that the majority of the so called " pros and cons " of living in Kelowna are posted by realtors and the majority of them do not put forth the real picture, not by any means. I've found that the high majority of postings about living in Kelowna are deceptive ,,,, indeed deceptive to say the least.
Amazing how people keep flocking here and we don't have enough homes for all of the people that want to live here and currently live here!
I moved here from Alberta. The winter's here aren't as harsh which is a bonus. No -50 c here. 👍
Found another reason - No more forests around kelowna
You forgot to mention the massive population of homeless people walking around with shopping carts and camping out in downtown and outside areas/parks and playgrounds.
They ALWAYS "forget" to mention this. And the drugs.
We love swimming and skiing so much. We had a great vacation in Kelowna this July.
If your name is Karen you will fit right in.
As a local in Kelowna, I thought this video was great ! Could have gone a little more on the negative things, we don’t need more ppl here!!
😂
what about crime rate in kelowna ?
Fairly high sadly. Not as bad as Penticton. But for a city this size, it's higher than it should be.
community would be best for a veagan?
Hi Kevin, here Gagan from India Firstly thank you for uploading such great videos. I am coming to kelowna as a student in September intake this year (2023) Can you please share something about renting a basement and other expenses for international students and also about jobs for international students there in kelowna
Am going to Okanagan kelowma, on 28 may 23
@@jaspreetthind7272 for which intake?
Now am in Kelowna, clg start in September
Ok
Kelowna is really limited/expensive for it's rent. Especially in the basement suite/1 bedroom sized places. It's really hard to find a place for under 1500$ (canadian) a month.
Does remax do rentals in kolwona
Trudeau keeps letting these damn immigrants in ruining Canada.
Crack houses and we were wearing those masks felt like someone was murdered in it and got away with it
Ontario tax is 13%! Appreciate the reasons why Kelowna is more expensive--transfer tax! Thanks. Its not all summer and fringe season weather! You actually have winter😢 Great info.
Very nice house for the price! Too bad I have dry skin...can't live in Kelowna. This house would be 3 to 3.5 mil in Van.
Great video. You covered the basics. As a resident here for nearly 30 years myself, I must say the most unfortunate and most concerning Con that you forgot to mention is the extreme increase in crime as well as the very large downtown homeless situation. I love my Kelowna, but the homeless & crime has gotten out of control and is ruining this great city.
Thank you for the insightful comment. Very good point here.
Could you mention a city that does not have these problems? Apparently it is a common problem in British Columbia and Alberta or not? 😮
@@frankcabello2229 Yes, the largest city on earth, Tokyo Japan. A city of some 28 million residents. Have been visiting there several times now. The Japanese do not tolerate such unacceptable nonsense. I would move there full time if I could.
@@frankcabello2229 Correction...... Tokyo population: 37 Million.
Build a shelter for them . Govt keeps inflating our money supply they should build a shelter for the people that cant afford to live.
You forgot to mention the Rattlesnakes and Black Widow spiders 😲
I have seen a black widow before but not a rattle snake yet!
Who cares animals are everywhere
I don’t care lol
Hi Kevin, I am an approved International Student going to Kelowna this August 2023 with my family. Do you also have houses for leasing? I need a 3 bedroom home that is affordable for me as a student. Out of all real state repesentatives I have watched, you are make me feel more confident about the experience you have in Kelowna. I hope you can answer this one.
Hola Abigail! yo tambien soy international student pero para Enero 2024, tendras algun correo para platicar algunas dudas o pasarnos tips? Suerte!!
Great vide and info Kevin!
Thanks so much sir !
@@Kelowna_Kevin_Snaychuk Always like staying up to date on other areas of Canada
