    Around 32-33 minutes (the discussion of recognizing narcissists) there was a question posed whether it was weird to introduce a friend mentioning their high school or college claim to fame somewhat. I would posit this is good etiquette practices, particularly, as it was stated this friend in question had gone to a private school. Old fashioned etiquette standards would state when introducing someone you state their name along with an interesting fact

    I completely agree. If someone is better but not 100% they should always have a follow up appointment scheduled. I've also noticed the importance of wording this. Before I intervened, my staff was asking "would you like to schedule your follow up appointment now" which is wrong. We need to be assertive and say something like "it looks like the doc wants you back in 6 weeks, do you prefer morning's or afternoons?"

    Dr. Peter Lovato's journey from associate to partner at Northern Illinois Foot & Ankle Specialists is truly inspiring! His dedication to continual learning and skill development, rather than chasing perfection, is a valuable lesson for us all. Finding the right team culture is vital, especially in the early years of your career. Thanks for sharing this insightful podcast episode!

    Regarding " Conforming" What do we think the Suit & Tie ( uniform) is? It symbolizes that we are agreeing to be slaves to the slave labor society. Eat/ work/ pay taxes/ Die- It's an evil system that people have been mind controlled to partake in materialistic society Morality = Freedom Vices= Slavery

    Hey Chase- With ALL due respect: Weather Modification/ Cloud Seeding is actually going on. The use of silver iodide/ Acetone ( which creates " coffee ground like granules" and is toxic to every organ in our bodies; metal oxides and nanoparticles is something General Electric, Darpa and many other States and Public Private Partnerships are doing. It's part of the Great Poisoning. Kissinger was part of the weather modification system. But I'm sure you've heard of Project Cirrus and Project Popeye. Hardly ANY " Weather" is actually natural anymore. They use it to control the enemy and food systems and economy. It's weather Warfare. Climate Change= Chemical Agent ( genocide) Thank You.

    Thanks Tyson! I've spent the past year focusing my solo practice mostly on a sports medicine niche and I am now contemplating bringing on an associate doc. How do you integrate the niche of the practice with possible broader interests of another doctor? I have personally found that eliminating routine foot care has made me and my patients happier, brought in more revenue and less insurance headaches.

  • @TysonFranklin
    @TysonFranklin4 ай бұрын

    That is a great question. You should only employ someone who fits your practice model; avoid adjusting your 'successful' model to suit them unless you are prepared to take on that type of work if they decide to leave at some stage in the future. If you have successfully eliminated routine foot care from your practice and it's made you and your current patients happier, plus generated additional revenue and fewer insurance headaches... don't take a step backwards.

    Our first day back is open at 9am, chat, catch up then pow wow about the next week, month and next 6 months. We then go out for a leisurely lunch and go home by 2pm. There is no Sunday anxiety for the start of the new year and we can then hit the ground running on the Tuesday. Best business decision for my clinic and everyone’s more relaxed, but also more focused.

    I was watching videos on KZread when I saw your channel. I really like your video content. But as a KZread expert, I noticed one thing: your video views are getting fewer and fewer. Later I researched your channel and I saw your video SEO score is (34% out of 100). Your video and found that SEO optimization is not done in your videos due to which your videos are not going to your targeted people, your videos are getting less views and channel subscribers are getting less. I can say as a KZread expert if you can do channel and video SEO-friendly things like tag, hashtag, description, and keyword research then your KZread channel and video will grow fast. I think your KZread channel will make your dream come true.

    I absolutely love this book, I started using it more as a manual when it was first published, and I listen to theOthing podcast which is brilliant. It helps me individually by converting my to do list into a success list, using the focusing question. I use elements to coach people with with especially when I’m coaching someone in self and time management. I’m a huge fan of this book.

    @4.15 "You initially used it for evil" - no, wrong assumption.... Completely unfair. And I've watched Chase for many hours in total - and what he says in response was patent and fine. But I've never seen him regress to 19 years old before, as he did in reaction to this accusation, which put him back into an aspect of that world : : "Like, err, like....it was like"

    Nice Dear, I reviewed your KZread channel very well, I love your videos on KZread, but views are very low, it needs proper SEO and proper video keywords and proper optimization, adding more channel keywords. And doing video SEO will bring KZread video to first page of search result, I will do video SEO and promotion of your channel which will slowly increase subscribers and viewers in your channel, if you want to work on the channel, we can consult you.

    Chase, would you say that a 'mask' could be an unconscious idea or action, or else just pretty much a conscious projection? I am fascinated with this and, at least my idea, that the 'ego' is essentially an unconscious version of the mask; all the ideas, beliefs, thoughts, feelings, etc. programmed into us that most people would identify themselves as. And then of course, as we start to consciously identify these beliefs, etc., we can start to unravel and see through to that which is before and from which the beliefs, identities, etc., actually arise from. Thank you gentlemen.

    Hot topic Tyson and couldn't agree more about the block that exists with many providers. If you do great work, then not offering what you do properly, aka "selling" seems like a shame. Letting a patient go elsewhere if you deliver exceptional care is the reason to find a way to sell better. Thanks for sharing.
