J-woodworking

I'm a carpenter in the middle of fifties. Woodworking is far from my major job. I may stand somewhere between hobby carpenter and expert. So my skill hasn't matured fully and I make many mistakes in the videos. I hope you would forgive me generously.

A late bloomer carpenter's woodworking diary. This is the motto of my channel. I enjoy making furniture and videos. And using my leisure time I make videos and share how I make and my idea that comes to my mind. Those are sometimes childish and sometimes not too bad. What I want is you just enjoy watching one or two of my videos and fly to other channels better than mine.

I'd like to progress my woodworking skills through struggle to make furniture and videos. And I hope those can help you encouraged for woodworking.

Thanks for reading

WTF! Sometimes i don't wonder anymore when woodworks have some fingers less than other people if i see even at the beginning how near he grabs the wood from the running saw

Great joint, extremely annoying intro music. When showing master craftsmanship, do not distract from it with annoying music please. Otherwise, great video.

Super Nice idea! I have 2 rolling work benches and use them for out feed tables, but they weren't design to use them that way, NOW I've got an idea to raise them up level to the table saw. I had thought of just adding to the legs, but I like the how high they are for normal work/assembly tables. Now I can keep and use the locking casters for normal use too. This helps! thanks!

Just a little advice. If you use a saws all with a metal blade. It will take you like three seconds to cut that metal pipe.

Good sturdy work bench. I made one similar years ago, maybe 15 or more. Served me well but thinking about building another for different purposes. My new one will be one that folds so it can be out of the way when I don't need it. I have a small shop that has to double as storage and a place for the mower. Nice work on your bench.

Why your dovetail looks loose and they should be very tight and strong. I use the same method as you did and the result dovetail is also loose, not sure how to make a perfect tight dovetail? Any idea please share your experience.

Dont let people's ignorance get in the way of your videos . A danger disclaimer would be advisable but if a person has the desire to be a woodworker surely they know there are risks and surely they know anything that can remove wood knows flesh and bone is no match either ?! We are all responsible for our own well-being.
