I built my first smoker in the summer of 1998, and dozens after that until Apex Custom Smokers & Welding opened its doors in early 2021, and I began doing this fulltime. As the name suggests, we specialize in fabricating custom offset and charcoal smokers, as well as other custom welding projects.
