you could do a cartwheel or even hop a fence in plate armor, it doesn't reduce mobility. Plate armor is just a little awkward to pick yourself up when you are lying on your back, you basically have to roll over and do a push up to get up, it also doesn't breathe so heat exhaustion is very common.

It just tells vague stories that might (if true) support the assertion that "misgendering" is a really nasty thing to do. Actual video of the incidents described, or interviews with the participants, rather than this hearsay, would be much more interesting.
