  That is fevicol water. Add some fevicol in water and mix it well. Then use cuttings of paper ., dip it and stick to balloons 🎈

  I don’t have the exact dimensions but I have used 2 thermocol sheets and joined using Fevicol. On that joined sheet now draw big circle maximum you can draw. Now draw small circle inside big circle for moon. Both circle should join the edges.

  To give you the idea let me explain it using plates. Take a bigger plate and put smaller plate on top of bigger plate at any corner and see how it looks. Then take that example for driving moon on cardboard as well
