@@aniket9743 yes, it can. But in either cases paper balls will remain same as paper will get tough after its gets dry. And balloons won’t stick to paper after it gets dry

It’s not that important. Instead of that you can place any objects like different sized boxes or thermocol paddings we got in the tv fridge boxes etc

It’s very simple to make cloud with plastic bottle. But if you don’t want to use plastic bottle, take a bunch of cotton and tie circularly with thread.

That is fevicol water. Add some fevicol in water and mix it well. Then use cuttings of paper ., dip it and stick to balloons 🎈

Mene LED lights use kiye jo powerbank pe chalte he...vo lights garam nahi hote...to jalne ka khatra kam hota he... NEVER EVER USE LIGHTS RUNNING ON AC ELECTRICITY. IT CAN CATCH FIRE

I have used 2 thermocol sheets. First attach those 2 sheets with fevicol and then draw moon using pencil so that you can adjust the arcs

The stand which is shown in this video is a table with 4 support bars. You can use bamboo as well. For background and top support I used cloth drying stand. For this year decoration I will use backdrop stand..

That is at your own risk, ab kuch b new creativity karni hai to care karni padti hai…🙌🏻 humne diya niche rakhe hai alg table pe, so no chance of burning. Aur Lights bhi LED use kiye hai…😊 (risk toh sb me hota hai, but just we have to take care of that)🙌🏻🙌🏻

Draw two circles overlapping each other with the help of thread and pencil. You can increase or decrease the sizes of circles based on your requirements.

No. It didn’t blast. Though by time the size of the balloons reduced but size of the paper ballons was intact. So not to worry even if balloons blast after papers dried up.
