  I have a concord hvac but it’s not a gas model is a electrical in cold months with a gas furnace you save money electrical no electrical just like strings but ist safer it prevent no leak

  To those that are wondering, I have not made any plans of putting this house up for sale or lease at this time. But one exception is that I am probably going to turn it into an Airbnb of some sort, because I personally love it myself and it would be difficult to let go

  (fake) This house has a bit history :) Curt Hawkins loved nirvana. He is a guitarest and singer (he not famous). He met this kid named Damian in 1995. He met his Damian's friends in 1996. By late 96 to early 97 every weekend they would come over, talk, then they rehearsal in the guest room by the laundry room. You might be wondering what did they rehearsed? Love buzz, blew, about a girl, dive and stuff like that. They rehearsed in that house from 1996 to 2000 when Damian moved.
