To those that are wondering, I have not made any plans of putting this house up for sale or lease at this time. But one exception is that I am probably going to turn it into an Airbnb of some sort, because I personally love it myself and it would be difficult to let go

Personally, I am very happy with the way it mostly came out. (looks better with 2022 materials, and I need to do something about the lighting by the looks of it)
