Bioprint Academy (previously SE3D)
This was the original channel for SE3D, company who designed the r3bEL desktop bioprinters for education and research. This channel is kept alive to provide all the resources we previously created to all students and teachers using the r3BEL bioprinter and for any new students or individuals wishing to learn more about 3D bioprinting or have signed up for the our courses in Udemy.

Is this course active or not? Why no one from @Se3edu says anything? Are you dumb?
Can you please provide the link for this course? I am interested.
Hello, here is the course link for the Introductory course www.udemy.com/course/bioprinting-for-beginners/learn/lecture/17315820#overview
Love it, omg you really make sounds so easy. New Subscriber.

Whey i Can't download! 🛸
impressive
so- the result is green yellow!!!11! *scnr.* : )))
unfortunately, I have bought an r3bEL mini and there is no website to download these files. on the other hand, the syringe installation part has been damaged completely and there is no one to send its CAD file to me to print with FDM..... Where are you exactly?
hi, unfortunately SE3D is no longer in operations.
Some gcode files for printing available here padlet.com/se3dceo/ku9wehjcngdn
@@SE3Dedu many tnx for your response. may I find the Cad file of the Syringe installation part, this part for me has been damaged completely...!!!!
Could you please provide more information about the support material holding the printed collagen?
On my main PC this program works .. but on my new dedicated 3d printer PC it says : failed to execute script pronterface :/
Amazing!
The music gives me hope that som day our peple shall be free again

Can you suggest some tips for slicing stl file so that less movement of nozzle will take place in non printing areas in bioprinting
Man, I'm just trying to figure out how colors mix to produce different colors, like is it linked to turbulance and if so is it a chemical reaction, or an optical illusion.
The color is based on the pH of the fluid. I think they used one universal pH indicator for both samples. So, when they change color, they change due to a chemical reaction.
Is it advisable to use a vacuum pump in order to quickly remove the air bubbles in the PDMS?
looks like they used one. propably it is. i thought the very same watching this.
Hi, thanks for your video. Just a basic question : is it possible to modify the E0 max temp setting via Pronterface instead of going thru the hassle of compiling new firmware, Visual Studio, Arduino IE and the likes? I have 4.2.7 (32 bit) board on my Creality, bootloader is already included. I don't feel comfortable with altering G-codes and flashing process. Thanks very much in advance!
Check ur spelling. Nice video.
can I get a paper from your research?
I don't think this person answers questions.
This is not microfluidics. This is millifluidics. Nice video and technique anyway.
Yes you are absolutely correct. More for demo and educational purposes.
Any recommendations on how to attach the PDMS device onto a glass slide ? Any help is much appreciated
Just make sure both surfaces are clean and dry before attaching the glass slide onto the PDMS cast. Good luck!
Plasma
oxygen plasma treatment
You have to go for O2 plasma etching of the glass slide after which you bond it with the PDMS
i keep getting error 5
I'm so sorry but SE3D is no longer in operations so there is no more technical support
Hi can you send me a quotation of prices of the reagents you used? PDMS, Fpluronic, ... or even redirect me to someone who could do so. thanks a lot
quit the music, it is irritating
pls explain how you made the pluronic gel
Beautiful voice you have!
why dont they just completly 3D print the end product in plastic? with channels built in?
depending on the kind, but fdm is out because of the porosity , i don't know for resin printing but i guess you'd need something chemically inert , as for slm/sls, it's probably feasible yet would be an expensive piece of equipment
They are doing that nowadays
where is the user guide?
Not very "micro", though!
Why isn't their links for downloads? The only one I see Nortons security software flags and dangerous!
Really interesting
👍
The temperature of the nozzle is not going to 230°C because the fan is spining to fast. How can I setup the fan setting?
cool! how many more times can the printed design be casted? or doesit disinttegrate aftyter first cast?
It's one print per cast. Once you cast, it solidifies over time. Then you can wash off the channels.
Ok when I open config files there's nothing there
Same here. Were u able to figure it out?
I don't either
Are the channels exposed to the open air on the bottom face?
Yes we use tape to cover the channels so you have a seal to flow fluids through. Otherwise you can use a glass slide.
@@SE3Dedu Thank you so much for the info! Will see if these can be implemented in a classroom.
