  Hello! Usually people during Ramadan visit JBR open Beach, Kite Beach, La Mer and Jumeirah Open Beach. No one will bother you anyway and everyone respect your privacy. Otherwise, if your still not comfortable with it, you need to book a hotel or properties that offers a private beach or pool. Hope it helps. Thank you for asking! Have a wonderful life in UAE!

  Hello! Yes it is possible and it will be fun seeing different parts of the city. But never expect the driving will be huge different to your home country. Just be aware of that while driving in Morocco. Hope it helps and enjoy your stay in Casablanca. Other destination that I recommend are Marakech, Fes, Ifrane, Tangier, Agadir, Chefchaouen and more beautiful place you wish to visit. Have a pleasant vacation to the beauty of contrast country.
