Hi, I'm Michael and I make videos about modded Stellaris :D! You'll find modded roleplay playthroughs, where we play as different empires, and we're trying to form an interesting story with mods. I also make videos showcasing particular mods, where I talk about their specific features and mechanics! So if you like to play with mods, this channel is just for you! I upload videos once a month, but I might miss the deadline if i'm too busy.

Good vid😊
Thank you, glad you enjoyed it!
Allow me to put the likes from 999 to 1k. You deserve it!
Thank you so much ❤️
Hi can you make a video about mods that adds new crisis paths?
Idk if there are that many mods like that. DarkSpace has different crisis paths associated with origins, which let you become the crisis. Maybe there's more, but I'll have to do some digging. If you're looking for new crises in general, then you have Gigastructural Engineering with 5 crises, Shroud Rising, Daemonic Incursion, SBTG, also More Events Mod has the Vazuran Menace crisis. Those were the ones I thought of on top of my head.
I forgot to answer your question 💀 I did a poll some time ago about possible episodes for this series, and there was a video about crises in general (new crises, crisis paths for players, and additions to existing ones), so perhaps one day I'm gonna make one.
What about Siren
This video was released before they were added
Straight to the point, no ads and covers everything you'd want to know with 0 yapping. Absolutely phenomenonal work.
Thank you ❤️
thanks, this is very useful
Your my king.
Kaiser Kattail in the flesh :000
When the 3.12 version will be available?
It's still being worked on, you can check the progress in Giga's discord server.
is this mod add new government types?
Yes it does, you get new variants of megacorp, and democratic authorities
*C R I S I S* not whatever the fuck you typed in that title 💀
Crisis is a singular noun, crises is plural. The video talks about not one crisis from Gigastructural Engineering, but four of them, therefore it contains everything about CRISES from Gigastructural Engineering. You can check the Oxford, or Cambridge dictionaries if you don't believe me.
On the hyperweapons: Nicoll-Dyson may shoot any system but has a long cooldown. It's mostly useful as a first strike capability against a system where the enemy keeps their fleets. (I've also caught FE fleets like this; their capital is protected against hyperweapons, but the second they step outside, boom) Quasi-Stellar Obliterator needs resources to shoot (which is trivial), but has no cooldown, lol. As long as you can place target beacons, it's up to you to blow up the whole galaxy. Thank God they have at least this requirement for beacons otherwise building this would be an autowin. (When galaxy declares on you, it's not challenging, as you can blow up your own border systems to destroy hyperlanes.) QSO also works as a first strike: if you have open borders with the target while at peace, you can schedule a strike ar any star cluster or a bunch of any individual stars with target beacons, before you declare war. Hopefully you don't need to be told how absurd this is. (At war the ability to place beacons is affected by enemy FTL blockers, so typically you can directly target something that your construction ship can pathfind for, and you can't target a system with colonies if you've just captured the starbase but planets have FTL inhibitor.) The saddest part, you can only build one of each, and hyperweapons can't target other hyperweapons. I wanted to play a asort of nuclear deterrent scenario in multiplayer, where me and friends would keep building NDBs to be able to shoot down enemy NDBs emulating how nuclear escalation worked in the Cold War. Sadly you don't get it, although still if your enemy also has an NDB it brings a cool dynamic.
Can you do a full guide about Stelarborn. From submod tob ACOT, Plese 👉👈🥺? No one has done this before
What is the console commando to start the databank event? Please, its not happening to me
Sorry it took me so long to reply, but here's the command. If its not what you're looking for you can visit C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\281990\1419304439 and look in the events folder (you have to open the files in your notepad) event acot_alpha_matter_events.1
@@michael_stellaris thank you very much for the command!
You're welcome!
What about the sirenalia crisis???
he might be making a short video about it
The video was published before the Sirenalia crisis was implemented. Initially I wanted to make a video covering it, and other changes made to gigas after my "comeback" (I assumed Gigastructural Engineering would be updated by that time), however 3.12 is a massive update, and many mods aren't up to date, so I did the Mods to Improve Warfare vid instead. It wouldn't make sense to do an updated video on gigas now, as there's an update underway, meaning more changes to include, and as I said the mod is not compatible with 3.12 Right now I'm thinking about doing a mod showcase, idk which mod i'm gonna choose yet, but i'll let y'all now eventually. Don't worry, I'm still gonna do the gigas update, a whole new crisis is too big of a feature to skip over.
@@michael_stellaris Gigas is updated to 3.12 now
Thank you for this
Question, since you may seem a good person to ask this to, are there any mods that REDUCE the number of ships empires can field, in both terms of naval cap and fleet size? I ask since I find the late-game fleet death stacks rather ridiculous, and would be more of a fan of smaller engagements between smaller battlegroups, kind of like modern navies operate IRL.
I think I found something that matches your description. There's a mod called Naval Capacity Reduced, which decreases naval gap gained from various sources. It also has changes to ship values, and Juggernauts, although these have been reversed due to the 3.12 update. I have no idea if this mod works or not, I haven't tried it, but this is what I found. steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3047567845
at the planet systemcraft part what mod is the “other mods”
It's the Gargantuan Quasarcraft mod
Just got back into stellaris, thanks for this
You're welcome, have fun!
Was diplomacy even a consideration?
Thanks for this man
Wonder how this mod will play with Machine Age
The mod series made me subscribe.
Welcome aboard!
So the mod adds more of everything and new tiers and options, but can the AI use them? If not, this just makes the game even more of a dull sandbox.
Taken from the mod page "Can AI use new components? - Yes. The only thing that might prevent AI from researching Extra Ship Components NEXT technologies is its own stupidity." You can also change AI scaling in the configuration menu to make it easier for them to obtain the components.
MICHAEL UPLOAD!!!! I'm not really playing stellaris right now, but I'll definitely give this a watch after dinner :)
These mods shall be a fine addition to my collection
YOOO MICHEAL PULL UPPPPPP
As a player that often plays militarist empires, I approve of this video's intro
Are there any mods that rebalance fleet sizes and capacity? By the endgame the absurd amount of ships destroys FPS.
I don't think so, at least I don't know any. There is this mod called StellarStellaris, which should make the game less laggy, it is outdated, but the author claims it works regardless of updates. I'm not an expert, but the biggest source of lag are pops, so you should try to reduce the amount of habitable planets, disable xeno-compatibilty, reduce the amount of empires, or play on a smaller galaxy. You can also play a genocidal empire and kill pops to avoid lag lmao
Yo it's been awhile man. Glad to see you're back. :)
You make the best stellaris mod showcases. The game has a small comunity but atleast to me you bring us the best mods.
Thank you so much ❤️ Really appreciate the kind words!
i think my mods take up more space than the original game at this point. Good vid.
Thanks, glad you enjoyed it! That's also the case with me, I have plenty of mods, some of which I don't even use anymore lol
I have two questions for you guys. Can you guess the origin of the quote from the intro, and from which episode of the Stellaris Modded Roleplay series does the footage from 1:00 - 1:07 originate? I'm curious how many of you will get the right answer 👀
Best stellaris mod youtuber
Thank you :D
News mods for my computer
First :)
Congrats!
This is what cosmogenesis should have looked like
Do I need DLCs for this mod to work? I for example only ever heard of bulwarks in the context of DLCs.
You need Utopia, that's the DLC which intoduces megastructures, without it a lot of features will be gone. About the other ones, I have no idea
