What light bar are you running on the roof?
@@kobyas 14 diode ss3 pros. 6 yellow and 8 white. Wired to be dual function by blaze Offroad so I can run just yellows, just whites or all 14 at once.
@@The_dark_yota thanks for the reply and for sharing 🫶🏻
@@kobyas anytime 🤙🏼
Would love this for my rangers
@@gotcheese9163 there should hopefully be a consumer version of this soon. They’re making some small changes.
Love Flagstaff!
Where is the next episode? These mods look good!
Haha working on the truck and then the rav again
What about the axle seal??? 😛
What about it? You don’t always need to replace them
@@The_dark_yota need to inspect them every time the axel is removed. Potentially need to have an extra on hand for each side when you do the job. Probably not worth mentioning though bro.
I'm liking this system more and more. I do have the trigger system but I mostly use the app. Don't have a problem with it as of yet, but still considering the Garmin power switch. I do have a question, is there a dimming feature on that system? I ask because on the trigger system app that I have I can dim the lights. Great setup!!
How do I pair it? It says to turn on the light and add light on the app but it doesn’t find anything. My Bluetooth is on.
Did you make sure your phone is updated as well as the app? Mine paired right up when I turned it on. Maybe check their instructions.
Mine is doing the same thing. @maxx4944 did you get it to pair?
Hi there! I work here at Devos. We did have a small batch of 2000 that are having issues with the bluetooth board. We are in the process of getting replacement heads airfreighted here so that we can replace the affected ones. Everyone in that affected batch should get an email on Friday with details on the replacement.
I have 2x 1200s with the bag, tripods, motion sensors, solar panels, and battery. Can I just swap the 1200 units for the 2000, or do I have to buy everything again?
You’d have to buy the 2000 units if you want the new light and the new tripod. I don’t work for them but the 1200s are a great light. The 2000 is better in a lot of ways but the 1200s do the job and more. All the accessories like the solar and motion sensor you have also work on the new lights.
I have the same setup and love it. I love the motion sensors. I'll stick with my 1200s. I have had zero issues.
@@theweaselcat3564 i am going to have to agree with you. I don't feel like upgrading when the current ones work more than well enough. The only thing I really want is the Bluetooth connectivity, but oh well.
Can’t find “Adventure Solutions” grill 🤷🏼. Link 🙏

It appears that the latest new thang is Dual Snorkel. From my research I have found that this new trend is coming from Bulgaria. And... it turns out that the IRS is allowing a 3x deductible for expenses related to this modification. Almost better that a student loan deduction... Don't miss out.. install your dual snorkels today and get a tax break.
about to do my uncles axles- this really took some anxiety off my chest lol. good vid!
Haha happy to help and thanks 🤙🏼
This would be a great option if the wait time was 2 days not 2 months
Welcome to building a rig. You wait for quality stuff and if you can’t wait then I wouldn’t even bother building one 😂
If they had confidence in their product they’d have product on the shelf.
@@earlhamil731 this isn’t Amazon dude. They have all the confidence in the world for their products because they’re solid. Being a small company means lead times. Hell even king shocks has wayyyy longer lead times than that and they’re huge! Don’t build a truck with quality stuff if you can’t wait. That’s all
Thanks for the video. The review was great up until the light turned on at night really couldn’t see much of anything. I’m sure it’s a lot more powerful than it looks on screen. Thank you.
Haha yeah way more powerful than a camera gives it credit for. Highly recommend it
Great job, man. I used this video to assemble my rack today
Love to hear it brotha!
I watched the Power Tank and Powerbrake with interest. Good job with a steady camera and letting those guys give their sales pitch. I have fully loaded Tacoma built for overlanding - probably overloaded - and the Powerbrake could be my next upgrade.
Appreciate it and yeah they’re a night and day difference. Let me know what you think when you get them
Thanks for the videos! Just ordered a couple Devos 2000
Anytime! You'll love that light man. Did you watch my 2000 video? The app is convenient as hell.
@@The_dark_yota yep I did! Your positive review (and code) gave me the confirmation I was looking for to order the set & case!
@@djennings-DDS Love to hear it man! Just used my 2000 at camp last night. You'll love it
I would imagine that Power Tank needs to be hydro'd every 5 years
Not sure you'd have to ask them
Did u leave your e brake cable hanging ? I have same leaf pack and they rub on leaf pack
I put a radiator hose around it so it can rub on that instead but also was able to put the clip back on
@The_dark_yota good to know I had to remove the clip Retainer on the pack cause it was rubbing on my shock thus why I now have hangers. I'll try the radiator hose trick
Do you have a link to purchase hangers as I can't source in my country?
The hangers come with the lights. Just spread them out
Daaaaamnnnn!!!!! I think I'm in love ❤❤❤❤❤😍😍😍😍😍
You and me both lol
I'm guessing the addon battery and motion sensor that i bought to go along with the 1200 wont work with the 2000... if they do, i might have to upgrade even though i just got the 1200 a few months ago.
They actually do work I believe so you’re good to go! I just forgot to mention they work. My bad
@@The_dark_yota I couldn't resist and already pre-ordered the 2000 just now. Thanks for that discount code in the description! Saved me like $24!
@@christopherp3474 glad I could help! Haha at least it all still works for the new light too
They are compatible and work great
I think the battery pack will, but not the motion sensor. Hopefully I'm wrong. I love my motion sensors.
You need to put electric radiator fan. You'll get more power, cooling, mileage etc...
Yeah I need a lot of things 😂 this radiator has been doing a phenomenal job so far though so I’m redoing the rear suspension
Watching videos on Superchargers or Prochargers on Tacomas makes me wonder if it's just a better idea to Engine Swap them rather than spending 7k on a 40% increase, instead just putting in a V8 LS3 or something in it would be just a better route.
Yeah that’s just going to cost a lot more than $7k but would be fun. I might do a 5.0 when this gives out.
Some cool stuff here!
Glad you enjoyed it 🤙🏼
The monster valve is just as slow as normal valve to fill up tires. Brake calipers don't add weight to rotational mass.
It’s actually not 😂
That was an odd claim about rotational mass with the brake kit. Looks like a nice kit so no need to make sensational claims that only make you look like you are trying to oversell. People will buy a quality product don't mess it up with goofy nonsense claims.
@@andrewgreenawalt3755 rotational mass effects braking. They make quality braking systems so he mentioned it. You’re entitled to your own opinion though and their brakes are top notch so I’m sure if you need some you’ll buy some. People are also always quick to judge until I put a camera in their face lol. It’s a huge difference talking to a camera vs a person.
With the quickness! Great meeting you face to face, Josh. Looking forward to wheeling with you soon.
Awesome meeting you guys too! Can’t wait man 🤙🏼
Any link to the model powerbrake for a 2020 Ram Rebel?
I don’t believe they make a bbk for the Rams
Power brakes was the absolute best mod I’ve ever done to my truck. I will say it’s not exactly a complete bolt on kit. The bigger rotors do not work with the stock dust shield. Nothing 5 min and an angle grinder can’t fix though.
One of my favorite mods to my truck too
can you provide link to adventure solution deck grill
Yup I got you. adventuresolutions-usa.com/collections/all
Thank you 👍
@@Stateline-overlanding No Problem!
I bought my #Devos #LightRanger2000 from Spencer at Overland Expo West 👍
The lights are amazing! I've been running their stuff since they first came out and I've been testing the new 2000. I'll have a full review video on it showing the app and everything. Awesome company and lights for sure. You'll love it
What height is this one? Looks taller than the 24” and I don’t see that option on their site
This one is either a 24" or 25". I think it's 25" because we needed a custom height since this truck will be jumped a lot and wanted extra space for flex. If you need a taller option you can email them and use promo code thedarkyota to save a couple bucks. You can also reach out to Blaze Offroad and see if he will sell you this one.
I was planning on running the Lutron Maestro LED+ Motion Sensor Dimmer Switch ?¡ No Neutral required. What are your thoughts on that?
Never tried it so I have no idea. Try it and let me know
Great detailed video! I like to know what is the recommended rebuild suggestions on these and the ones with res?
Depends how you use your rig but 25k-30k
@@The_dark_yotaThank you!
What made you go from the BAMF to DRT hangers?
Bamf makes killer products but I wanted to try something new and having that cross bar is really nice too
@@The_dark_yota gotcha. I was just curious. I ordered the DRT hangers last week. Looking forward to getting them on.
Remote control and/or app should be next.
Sooooo it’s here for the new 2000. I’ll be doing a review soon. Just used it last night
Wondering where you are located for winters. How does the extreme cold affect the power switch?
I’m in Colorado and it doesn’t effect them at all
So what size molle panels are on your 14" rack and it looks like 5 on each side?
5 small to fill each side
What exhaust do you run?
Runnin4Tacos and you can use promo code thedarkyota for a discount 🤙🏼
Perfect tech. Can you run lp6 lights in high or low but never sending both hi and low voltage to light at same time?
No you can’t. Mst switching systems on the market do not do that, and Blaze does not recommend wiring them to use both modes as there is such a small use case for low beam.
When you say they're Legos that exactly right ! I made a laptop stand/ table outta my extra Awning parts, and molle plates .
Haha that’s awesome
Sweet looking rig! I'm really considering putting the RCLT kit on my 2011 FJ Cruiser.... 35s with Dirt King standard lower arms, SPC uppers and Toytek front coilovers on it now.
Thank you 🙏🏼 It’ll be a night and day difference.
How does it do in rain 🌧️
This tent was fine in the rain but my gofsr tents have been better in all conditions. Don’t need to purchase stuff separately for different conditions. It’s all just included.
The table wobbles too much... Also, instead of saying it, show it in actual use like at the camp site and storing it away. Aside from that, I'd like to see the stability stand wider for less wobble or play.
It would be usefull if it wouldnt wobble that much. It does not feel steady like a 4 legged table..
Each have their own uses and this has been awesome to have. It all packs away with my lights and I use my tailgate for a sturdy surface
Fj for the win!
Holy crap the martec kit!!! When you said you’re changing the rear setup I was wondering which direction you were going. Turning on notifications now !!!
Haha yeah and I’m hoping I’ll be able to do the dual rate Coilovers in a way that when I take the rack and tent off I can adjust preload for it to still ride decent for wheeling only. Then adjust preload and put camping stuff back on. We’ll see lol
Gonna be cool to see your rig with links. Are you going to have to run a heavy dual rate back there with the rack and tent? And maybe a rear swaybar to help control the added weight above the bed rails?
I’ll have dual rate 14” Coilovers for sure then we’ll work on a possible swag bar too. Going to try do it so I can it without the rack and tent and just take preload out
You buy firewood is all i need to know about this product
Big lumberjack guy huh? Paid for firewood because I don't have time to go cut my own and that makes this not a good product...? Haha Maybe one day I'll be as big, strong and cool as you. And who knows maybe have more time to go do nothing 🤡
😂😂😂 never been out west I take it? Places like Utah that have absolutely zero wood lying around?
😂
Hi, where do you buy firewood? I've never been camping before. @lazarusisback4359

This was a prototype table but they're making a couple changes. I'll be doing an in depth video on this one soon because it'll be similar to this. Filming it today and should have it up next week.
