This show is like Sasaki and Miyano mixed with the sex drive of Dakaichi, lol! Their relationship feels real and healthy. In other shows (BL I'm looking at you), it can get a little foggy on consent at times. This is two people, in love, in the honeymoon phase. It's really cute.

Truth! But where Dakaichi is explicit rather pornographically and/or comedically at times imo, my impression is that Tasogare OF is explicit in a wholesome way? It delights me, because sex in anime is treated either like this monumental milestone event that we're gonna spend 2-4 years building up to, then never properly delve into (like oh, we are past this now, they did it off-screen, that's all you need to know, and what are you doing lurking in their bedroom, you nasty voyeur!), or a half-comedic, half-predatory culmination to a prowl with the seme as the hunter and the uke just giving into his uncontrollable desires (that he also secretly had but dared not show). And here it is neither! It's both very casual (the world won't end if we have sex now! nobody is going to be emotionally damaged beyond repair if we have sex now!) and a loving expression of affection and deep attraction that promotes bonding. It happens about as often as you'd expect.. and I don't mean that they are horny teenagers, this seems like just about the right frequency for people who are new to skinship and sexual intimacy! And while Hisashi is not new to the technicalities of it, making love to someone who cares about him and fulfills his emotional needs is also new! It strikes me as very realistic. And Mao has such a spunky, delightful personality <3 his dynamic with Hisashi is just *chef's kiss* in this episode especially! He's always been the more driven, passionate type A of the two of them, it's what Hisashi found so lovable about him! And I think you can really see it in the way they interact with one another. He isn't a shrinking violet, he clearly matches Hisashi's drive and responds with equal, enthusiastic desire. It's a delight to witness on screen, BL story or no.

My husband and I were just talking about that earlier. Yes, no, maybe is a 45 min movie that's really cute, too. Imagine that fight with the hydra without Rudeus and Roxy (because she would have been dead) - and Rudy would still have gone against his promise to Sylphie, because the Man-God told Rudy to stay and mate with one of the beast girls Also.... Rudy was overwhelmed during that fight because the hydra was moving all it's heads/necks around and made it confusing to keep track of what was going on. This was especially difficult for Rudy because his future-sight eye was getting too much information. There's more in the LN, but basically it wasn't because Rudy just freezing up.

As for Eris, I think they finally gonna show her POV starting from when she first left until this ep's timeline through an OVA. Millis as a country has a chokehold on high-tier healing magic and they exact even more money than the US healthcare system for it. 17:35 "WHERE IS SHE!?" Bit of a spoiler, so I'll post it below * Hopefully we'll get an OVA soon. 24:10 As an LN reader I'm very happy with this episode. There's a bit of a continuity error that's carried over from an illustration at the end of LN12, but since that detail is in LN13 anyway, I expect some story adjustments to work around that. Norn's VA knocked it out of the park. Mylphie was absolutely radiant. And the pacing was great. Seeing Lucie was good. Only thing we missed was Dillo curling up by the fire, but we saw Aisha building a pen for him. Season 3 will be absolutely spectacular. They'll introduce great characters, like an art-obsessed turboracist, a musclebound gilf who wants Rudeus all to herself, and an old man who rambles about rats. A lot of developing plotlines reach their fruition and new ones are introduced, we'll see familiar faces, and ongoing plots are developed further... Oh BTW, remember your worry about those seeds Aisha bought? * She's a month's ride west of Sharia, in the Sword Sanctum, learning from Ghislaine's master.

In the anime, Roxy was in the village in Season 1, Episodes 1-2. We didn't see Sylphie until Season 1, Episode 3. So we don't have any evidence (in the anime) that the 2 of them ever met before.

Sylphie started going out into the village around the same time, but she got brutally bullied by the village kids. SPOILERS: In vol 23 she does tell her they've met, but she was 3-4 years old at the time.

Kuroshor asked in this reaction why doesn't Sylphie recognize Roxy, and in this medium (ANIME), there has not been any occasion where we have seen the two of them meet. Doesn't that answer his question? Why bring in a whole bunch of information that isn't needed for his question and which is stuff that will probably not be covered in the anime? I don't get why manga and/or novel readers keep referring to those mediums when responded to anime-only folks, instead of responding to them with stuff that is covered in the anime. Honestly, a lot of anime-only reactors have said they don't care and that they are only reacting to what they see in the anime. So I think we should use the anime to respond to their questions whenever possible.

Sylphie to Roxy, our husband is a horn dog, I knew to expect this don't worry about it. Also, Norn is 100% not wrong, but you also don't push into someone else's relationship status' and expectations, and hold to your guns and boundaries when it comes to yourself and your interactions with others. It's ok if you keep hating this side of Rudy, just treat all of them well as you can but you don't exactly have to embrace their situation.

It's ok if you keep hating this side of Rudy, just treat all of them well as you can but you don't exactly have to embrace their situation.
