I had to start taking it because my birth control was giving me horrible anxiety and depression. Unfortunately I need the hormonal birth control for my endometriosis, pcos and pms/pmdd. The prozac has worked really well so far! I feel normal for the first time in years!

There is some remedies using estrogen pills from contraceptives and also blood pressure medication being crushed and added to oil to use a topical in Mexico. Idk how good this works but I heard people recommending this at pharmacies in Mexico. My mom said it worked for her but then again she’s a woman. As a man we might get estrogen issues. 🤔
I’ve been on Wellbutrin Sr for well over a year and tremendously helps boost my mood and be happier throughout the day. Caffeine is also a nice touch lol.

Did you know that SSRI antidepressants like citalopram and fluoxetine actually work as antidepressants in mice genetically bred to have no serotonin transporters? The presence or absence of 5-htt seems to have no bearing on the antidepressant effect. Now, if you block trk-b receptors, antidepressants from virtually all classes (including non-monoaminergic drugs like ketamine and psilocybin) lose their effects. My takeaway from this is that serotonin reuptake inhibition causes the side effects, not the antidepressant effects!
The only side-effect I’ve noticed taking Brintellix is my wallet becoming lighter. Other than that, it was prescribed to me since Cymbalta caused sexual dysfunction and now there seems to be no issues in that regard. I do take Abilify for anxiety, though, so your healthcare provider might suggest antipsychotic augmentation if you also have an anxiety disorder. Also what wasn’t mentioned is that the serotonin modulation effect aids cognition and generally helps patients with bradypsychia (slowing of cognitive processes) restore their cognitive functions.

It is stupid to discuss if a drug can be responsible of certain side effect if you wont believe that this is a side effect that the drug can cause. You are disregarding the evidence because you believe that the drug can't make this. Of course, it is easy to evaluate a side effect like pain or death, but psychological effects, by its nature, is more difficult, there is no analytics, no measure. Also, many idiots think that hormones and chemistry has little to do with emotion and sex. That's the problem of people ignorant who don't Believe in pfs

6 months on Wellbutrin i had a 10 year coke habit. This drug lowered my cravings and i dont think of using. Have not used any drugs since starting and i quit smoking. Depressed gone only thing i dont like Is the insomnia.

What dosage of finasteride do you use?
Ive been on Oral Dutasteride. 5mg/day and oral Minoxidil 5mg/day for a little over a year and never stabilized. I continue to lose more hair. My blood tests are notmal and DHT is really low. Any idea why i am atill losimg ground?

Can it be taken with an anxiety drug (benzo) ? Ive taken fluoxetine for 2 days and it did take the edge off my anxiety but not enough to feel relaxed in crowded places or go to events. Im wondering if my doctor will prescribe a benzo..
No current topical antiandrogen works unless you are also taking Dur or Fin, but on their own they all are pretty worthless Also you forgot topical Spironolactone lol
