Great video, I can really relate to it. I am 175 pounds but can't seem to get below 170 without regaining the 5 pounds. I really just need tips, but I can relate to you don't have to start to be great but to be great you have to start.
Thank you Jonathan! It is possible to lose those last 5 lbs. Maybe it’ll take some adjustments like reducing carbs & increasing protein intake. We hope to see you soon!
