  @@robinmalik4528 my start weight 238lb and 5’6 hight, bmi 38 now I have 7 weeks post up 20lb down, the doctor put me on semaglutide I pay extra money each month , I have no side effects it helps a lot but not happy paying more than 10000 for esg , my current weight 219lb I don’t know if I’m slow or this is normal , I gave you all the information you need to decide if this is good for you , I regret having it because I don’t experience any restrictions from esg without semaglutide

  Just as we need to regulate our diet and exercise, we ahhould regulate the amount we spend on the scale. I remember being crazy in the beginning looking at the number, and freaking at plateau. I soon realized that the number wasn't moving, but my measurements were. The number, like Alex said, isn't a true testament of your success! Keep being amazing!

  I HATE that I can’t get clear answers from anyone. DS 6/6/23. My centers nutritionist/dietitian is absolute shit But the levels for vitamins they told me to take And the levels I find from DS patients like fb groups Are vastly different . I’m more inclined to beleive a DS patient that’s 20 years out than I am to believe my center. Especially since they told me if he low fat forever when DS needs high fat. They told me 50-60 g of protein when as a DS I need 100+ So I’m a bit stumped.

  As a RN since 1976,when bariatric medicine did not popularly exist. I find this a horribly disguised way to cut up more humans to do what exactly with what flesh you cut off???? Rather than, help determine toxins existing in the body and educate healthy eating and healing traumas resulting in emotional eating, and addressing an insane government upholding the use of chemicals on food that most of the world will not use,legally. Oh, but wait HEALTH INSURANCE PAYS FOR THESE PROCEDURES!! where as, insurance does not pay for successful treatments of frequency medicine, and plant based supplements tht detox glyphosate, grazon, atrazine, flouride, heavy metals, and most recently "weaponized bacteria" poisoning us via chemtrail fallout!!!

  Can not recomment it eather…i ve done it 5 month ago and my hunger is still there and I did not lost a gramm(only in the very beginning when I was not able to est much). Also I have pain herr and there if I ear asian food etc

  Same , I had my esg last month , I only lost 10 lb first week I still the same as before esg I eat and I feel hungry all the time 😢
