Just tried it yesterday... and I boild the seeds... yep like a pungent potato... but you keep eating it. I like the fruit raw, mine wasn't too sweet, but it did work my tummy. I also tried a recipe... barbeque pulled jackfruit and it was yummy sweet and tasty. The texture is meaty and I also thought it was an amazingly unusual texture... and it's good for you! ENJOY... oh you can also freeze it, so I will also try it in a smoothie!

If you have dermatitis, like myself, scratching makes it worse and inflamed. Look it up if you have extremely bad dandruff and inflammation from it.

My son has dry hair and his just stands up on top of his head lol how can I do them to where they stay laying flat like that and don’t stand up when he wakes up or anything? He also plays football so it’s easier for his hair to be done cause he fits his helmet better then it’s all crazy like it’s been. Lol any info would be appreciated thanks a lot

Ngl this is this best wash n go video!!! I’m a guy and i always depending on my girl to do my wash n go. This was my first time I attempted to do it and it worked. If it doesn’t work for you it’s either you didn’t condition your hair properly or your hair wasn’t wet enough!! Thank you.

Thank you, this is actually what happened to my hair. I have low porosity hair and it has always taken a long time to dry, days in fact. I went natural in 2014 and at first everything was wonderful. Everyone said moisture moisture moisture, so that is what I did. And because I am low porosity they told me to stay away from protein and I did. It was fine at first. I am not a person who spends a lot of time on my hair. I like quick and easy. So I did not notice at first what was happening. The first thing I notice was my hair was less curly, but I thought this was because my hair was so long, it was passed my shoulder blades. Then it started to full out by the handfuls. I really should be bald headed but my hair was always super thick. The more moisture I added the worst it got. When I finally realize I need protein and started protein treatments it was too late. My hair was extremely damaged. It basically had not curly and was very thin and weak. I have since cut it super short and working to get my density back. It has been a long road, and still I have a spot that is taking much longer to recover. Thank you for explaining what happened with moisture overload. I now have a better understanding of what happened and how to avoid it in the future.
