  I'd stick to Dan's model. I am in India and a lot of business deals do happen in a suit and tie in a big conference room with a chairman , a lawyer, and accounting firms. Only the start-ups are simpler.

  No he isnt. Find out Penas real success ratio, its around 1% considering the thousands of mentees thats been through his program. When you have 1 or 2 successes out of every 1000 Id say your program isnt very effective. Go study stats.
