Where do you meet investors?

How much equity do we give the investor for the down payment?

Ive been taking in content like this for a while. If youre not currently plugged in with accountants and lawyers, what should i have prepared to capture their interest? Due diligence on a business you are targeting? Should you make an entity ex. Xyzacquisition group llc pior or during the process of building your team?

I fully understand the deal structure using OPM but as I understand SBA 7a requires collateral for any “blue sky “. How do you overcome that obstacle?

@@Lilliemanon I am not going to tell you specifically which one because I don’t know you. But if you look up “largest law firms in the world by revenue” My firm is in the top 10 firms on that list. My firm is also ranked #1 for my specific industry.
