Good pictures of Paul from Jan. 1968. He looks a lot like his former 1966 self, especially at 4:17, 4:23, and 4:36. I believe he took a hiatus in 1967 and had someone else fill-in.
Wonderful and, surely, the complete set! I bought the White Album in Dec 1982 (aged 14) and used to stare at these photos reproduced in the A4 colour prints, as well as the poster. When I wore out all 4 sides of the album I bought another one!
If I am not mistaken, Paul’s front tooth was still chipped from his moped accident at this time. He had his mouthed closed for most of the pictures. Paul still looked very handsome nonetheless. He and Jane were such a cute couple!
PID or no PID. This guy looks nothing like the original Paul McCartney. The original Paul was very good looking (1966 and earlier). This guy has an elongated face and unattractive profile. He is taller and lankier too. Jane’s face says it all. She is sitting at a distance, and she is not smiling. In earlier pictures, she used to look at Paul with love and smiles. She can’t stand this guy. You can tell that this person here is a boaster and lover of the limelight. The original Paul was comfortable, secure, cool, and low-key. Who is this?

They were not getting along so well at this point. Looks a bit strained.

I wonder if the fish-eye photos were taken on one of the cameras the boys received in Tokyo. The shots look just like the famous photo John took of himself on stage at Candlestick. These photos are quite lovely but some of them are so intimate it feels like a bit of on invasion of George's and Pattie's privacy. 58 years on, we are intruding...

Amazing photographs. Even though this concert wasn't filmed and the audio wasn't recorded, it was still very well covered with lots of amateur footage and lots of news footage and interviews...and these photos. It might have seemed like a bit of a disappointment having fewer tickets sold than the previous year but there were still well over 40,000 people. This must have been one of the Beatles biggest attended concerts ever, behind the first Shea show...and maybe the Philippines?
