  Of course the EMA was designed to protect the villains from the heroes. If it was to protect the heroes from the villains OSI would have created it. the Guild isn't going to create a system that protects the heroes. If Red Death decided to go Billy Quizboy hunting would they stop him? (I mean before the whole 'the council can't arch' thing).

  Let's be honest, Jonas Venture is the true antagonist of the show. He literally made the most messed up things that can make villains think he's the Devil. The Guy literally blackmailed his bestfriend and slept with most of his friends wives. Total Villain level 10 there

  I think Turnbuckle was trying to up his villain reputation by either fighting Jonas or Swifty. Instead he got violently beaten by the Action Man and killed. At least he became famous for something.

  One thing I just noticed from this scene is that Monarch puts up his wings so that nobody should sit next to him on the subway. Then when we come back to him he has two people next to him even though his wings are up showing how much it sucks to be a level 4.

  I think a level 10 indicates that someone is so powerful/evil that they don’t NEED all the henchman/technology

  @@judehutchinson8355 That’s my point. Red Death is just THAT GOOD. There seems to be two ways to be a level 10; either you have all the stuff that monarch used to have, or you’re a loner who’s just super powerful.

  It’s funny knowing how the system works, because then you can tell when someone’s a level 10 or something, the monarch was a level 10 your years but then was brought to a 5, men while you have the revenge society who could be classified as a level 7
