Is it really too hard to just make a circular spinning space station to have gravity up there? Is it simply due to the cost of having to build it all at once, unlike the iss which was made in separate modules?

they might combat it with artificial gravity, compensating for the lost gravity time during wake hours can be combated with 2 or more Gs while sleeping upright

And that's just microgravity. Where they're at in their orbit they are still at 88.8% of earth gravity. (Source: NASA)

This video also tells you why some people get cold easier than others, bigger people sustain more body temp, smaller people have to work harder to get theirs.

Honestly, this doesn't make much sense to me. I believe it has more to with cerebral plasticity. The more abilities a juvenile animal has from birth, the less it is capable to learn, because their brains are already more developed right from the start. If a human baby had a brain as developed as in a 25 year old, they probably wouldn't even be capable to learn speech. Our ability to learn decreases massively, once our brain is fully developed. A less developed brain is way more capable to adapt to a changing environment and changing requirements.

A common ancestor for every human alive, who lived just 3000 years ago? That can't be true, by that time the Americas and Australia were already populated for many generations, and yeah, the genepool has mixed to some degree again since the colonial era, but there's still uncontactes tribes in some remote areas of the world.

This may sound dumb but couldn't it be prevented by astronauts spending a duration of time upside down? After all if the microgravity universally causes water to drift upwards then spending time flipped would return it to the legs.

Disgusting attempt at CLICKBAIT! I actually was there and witness the whole thing and it was not anything like this disgusting attempt at fomenting discord drama! If this is your new game plan, count on it backfiring on you - and at least learn how to pronounce the captains name! There are thousands of public interviews where he shows how to pronounce it.
