Hello Dr. Inna Do you know why your videos are not getting more views even though your video quality is good?
thank you for your suggestions.
What would you consider short term? A week?
Generally and rationally speaking, and this doesn't have any data backing this because there's no good data on this, a week should not be safe enough time to consider it short term. Great question!
Probably a couple of days like 2 or 3 I feel just to test it out
Can i taken boswellia now m bleeding start in ulcerative colitis
Thank you for your question. It's not a yes or no response. Your best bet is to check with your healthcare practitioner. Some practitioners use it for colitis.
I’ve noticed a lack of complexity with the GF breads. I agree the PACHA bread has a sourdough component that adds flavour. I think sourdough or a fermented dough type bread that has some other things like seeds could give the flavour intensity a boost.
sure, those are great additions:)
Dr. Inna, thank you for being an inspiration and for great daily health advices!
Thank you, it's very kind of you!
Great New Year's message and video. Happy New Year to you and family!
thank you so much! and same to you and your family!!
Do you recommend CBG monitors for people with pre-diabetes? I think they might be useful to really see what food causes sugar spikes, thinking to get this for my mom
although I can't make individual recommendations on this platform, it is a great idea generally to monitor with CBG even in pre-diabetes and to track which foods get you that spike.
Thank you Dr for answering a seldom ask question is fiber for lose stool. Thank you again. Please more tutorials!!!
Thank you so much for your comments, working on getting more of those out:)

IBD is inflammation bowel disease … is there a mistake in KZread title of that video? 🙏
Grateful for you! and my amazing tribe! All fixed:)
Dr. Inna, is it true that methylphenidate depletes magnesium? 🛡🔰⚕
I use coffee enemas and herbal enemas for heavy metal detoxing.
Wow
Yes. Especially the sugary processed foods just don't have any fiber. It only took 100 years since Dr. Burril Chron discovered it to state the obvious.
Thank you for this
And???
if the results from the test are addressed that is the answer to the question
It made sense to me due to research I saw. Green tea extract showed an inhibition of tumor necrosis factor. An expensive medication for Crohn’s also inhibits TNF. What study? I forgot. How strong was the evidence ? I didn’t read the study. I found you while looking for it again.
Love 🥦🥦🥦
Antibiotic poops suck... yogurt and kombucha help wonders. That and Dramamine.
Sucks
Thank you! I have been promoting selenium and vitamin d3 with k from the beginning of this Pandemic. I take both for my thyroid. I have not been sick, and have had my blood tested to see if i ever had covid. I truly believe it's because of these vitamins. Thanks for speaking out.
What brands do you suggest
brands of dairy free yogurt? I like CocoYo for example
Fucking damaged my insides with antibiotics 😠😢
so sorry to hear
Aspirin and anything aspirin based will destroy your intestines and make both Crohn's and Colitis a lot worse not better. It causes your intestines to bleed. Boswellia is a lot safer.
Resolving root (psychological) conflict is safest method.
I have better advice. Just eat 2 Banana 🍌🍌 and forgot this doctor advice. Nothing can breakdown a banana. It goes in solid and comes out solid. I only have life experience. Better than using drugs to solve another drug side effects.
What teabags is good for colitis pls ?
can i talk to you directly please?
Hello
Is it useful as a tea, for example with ginger and tumeric, as an anti-inflammatory? or do you have to extreact with oil. anyone know?
i just got it in capsule form to help me out
It is helpful but it tends to dehydrate you. Wormwood tea is the same but it doesn't dehydrate you as much as boswellia tea does. I can't take ginger it gives me diarrhea.
@@stephendorn6348 which brand do you use ?
Hi, I did found information about boswellia serrata in some other video on YT mainly recommended for joints problems but autor of that video said that this product can help also with Crohn's disease which I suffered from over past 15 years. For last year I have not been taking any medication for it, the last medication I've been taking for Crohn's was Azathioprine but like I said I'm not taking it because one of side effects of taking this medicine is skin cancer. Instead of Azathioprine I've been taking curcumin tablets and now I'm planning to start taking boswellia serrata and se how this is gonna work.
Any improvement with BS
I take it for Crohn's disease and I've tried everything. Boswellia and wormwood seem to work best followed by bee propolis. I got Crohn's disease through food poisoning way back in April 1997 by The Puritan Corporation.
@@SachinKumar-zt6fy You mean IBS? For me it does help with IBS.
@@parkerbohnn i have uc does bosswelia work in uc
@@parkerbohnn i just ordered some boswellia and have started drinking wormwood tea to treat crohns. Im hoping that along with some L-Glutamine and medical cannabis should help me getback in a good place physically. I had a bowel obstruction or something the other night but cant go to the hospital since im over in Israel. Hope your symptoms are good these days

Hello Doctor can we make bosewaria extract at home by simply grinding it .
Thank you so much for your question! Although some choose to use it that way, it makes sense to get the product from a reputable supplement source. this way they check how clean the product is and they ensure the same concentration with each dose.
I buy the powder extract 65 percent pure due to cheapness. It's about 20 times cheaper than the capsules. I buy boswellia serrat by the pound.

So informative thank you Inna
I appreciate that!
Dr Inna, what are the counter indications for the fast?
awesome question; fasting isn't ideal for those with insulin dysregulation or blood sugar instability and diabetes. Pregnant women shouldn't really be fasting, and breast feeding moms too. And people with severe conditions.
This video was great. I got some new ideas and reminded of some I had forgotten you told me, walnuts....
thank you so much for your kind words!
What is organic green powder?
Just looked up green powder. So many on the market.. Any brands that you recommend.

Thanks for this very encouraging introduction to how functional medicine can help IBD. I have colitis and am still on my journey to remission with my FM nutritionist, but we're getting there! It is a long road of self discovery, and you do learn how unique you are. Best wishes for your business - it is a very noble and worthwhile field!
Glad it was helpful!
I don't have Crohn's disease but I was in a high stress and constant fatigue condition. My body was depleted, and I was propping myself up with coffee and sugar. I was depleted nutritionally and hormonally. My work with Inna has transformed my understanding of my bodies functions and my overall physical condition. We are truly all connected and everything we do (or neglect) effects our whole person. Thank you Inna, I have a new found energy and gratitude.
So grateful for you Bonnie! It was my honor to support you.
Wow. Great explanation. I have UC, and green tea irritates my colon within minutes after drinking it.
Amoxicillin has caused 2 weeks of liquid bowel. Is this colitis? The last week I didnt take it.
