Digestive Reset by Dr. Inna, PharmD

Dr. Inna is a Doctor of Pharmacy, a functional medicine practitioner, an expert in gut and hormone health, and a Crohn’s patient in remission. Her career started as a traditional pharmacist and her mission later became to heal herself and help others with chronic gut and hormone problems.
She became certified in functional medicine with Dr. Kalish. In December of 2017 she earned her PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy) degree from one of the top pharmacy schools in the U.S., University of Florida, graduating cum laude. Since opening her practice, she has helped thousands of clients with their IBDs, digestive problems, hormone imbalances, and other chronic conditions that could not have been resolved by traditional medicine alone. Dr. Inna successfully incorporates her extensive knowledge of functional medicine into every case that comes into her practice. She is the creator of the Digestive Reset program, which has helped numerous clients virtually and in person and on distance.

    What would you consider short term? A week?

  • @digestivereset
    @digestivereset29 күн бұрын

    Generally and rationally speaking, and this doesn't have any data backing this because there's no good data on this, a week should not be safe enough time to consider it short term. Great question!

    Thank you for your question. It's not a yes or no response. Your best bet is to check with your healthcare practitioner. Some practitioners use it for colitis.

    I’ve noticed a lack of complexity with the GF breads. I agree the PACHA bread has a sourdough component that adds flavour. I think sourdough or a fermented dough type bread that has some other things like seeds could give the flavour intensity a boost.

    although I can't make individual recommendations on this platform, it is a great idea generally to monitor with CBG even in pre-diabetes and to track which foods get you that spike.

    Aspirin and anything aspirin based will destroy your intestines and make both Crohn's and Colitis a lot worse not better. It causes your intestines to bleed. Boswellia is a lot safer.

    Hi, I did found information about boswellia serrata in some other video on YT mainly recommended for joints problems but autor of that video said that this product can help also with Crohn's disease which I suffered from over past 15 years. For last year I have not been taking any medication for it, the last medication I've been taking for Crohn's was Azathioprine but like I said I'm not taking it because one of side effects of taking this medicine is skin cancer. Instead of Azathioprine I've been taking curcumin tablets and now I'm planning to start taking boswellia serrata and se how this is gonna work.
