  I love Carbon's drift. It's dumb and unrealistic and that's why I love it! Only in this game you can feel yourself an anime character piloting a goddamn jet plane!

  TDU and TDU2 were almost the greatest open world racing games of all time, if not for the botched physics. I don't understand why nobody has ever attempted to revive that style of game again. Hearing the news about what TDU:SC will be missing, it's a real shame that we won't ever get another racing game as immersive, and as vast at TDU2. TDU2's Oahu to me, was the perfect size, and the perfect paradise location for a racing game. You could go for a drive and really feel like you went for a drive. No other racing game has provided me with that feeling and it sucks that none have even tried these days. No houses that you can visit, no on foot anything, no dealerships with test drives, or rental cars, or windows that can be played with, and drop tops, no customizable garages, and perhaps most painful, is no realistic physics or attempt at such, and no vast 500 mile road trips in a Veyron or a Zonda. The genre is dead. People just don't know that it died all the way back in 2011.
