The Beethoven scene is still legend❤ Love this movie😊
Are there specific breeds that are less possessive?
What if I can’t get my dog to stay in “place” for too long? She breaks without me saying break
@@angelicamacias352 you gotta proof the “place” with lots of distractions and build durations as you go📈
My dogs have never ever did any of this ever ! I have big dogs and little dogs ..They are my babies and the sleep where I sleep .People who don't except my dogs are people I don't hang with .
There is a T-shirt that says ‘ My attitude depends on my dog’ 😂 But true. My dog love to cuddle and want to be close to me. And I like it when he is next to me and cuddle. My dogs is sometimes dirty. But I clean him. People are more disgusting. I can give many examples. But think many can or virtualize some issues or watch you tube. Many people got no manners. That awful. Yes you have to clean your house more, wash your clothes and clean up your bed. But my dog is happy and feel safe.❤
Beds and couches do not lead to dominance. Cleanliness issue yes. Dominance issue no.
That’s your opinion, I’ve been working with dogs for over 15 years and it definitely leads to those issues without underlying solid obedience.
True. I think about service dogs who always on or near the bed/couch or in the personal space to keep an eye on his owner. But there is a lot difference when a dog owns the space and learn nothing else and got no engagement with their owner. It is the same thing with toys. As an owner you make the rules, you will end the game and correct when needed. I think dominance will be worse when a dog controls you and that starts with proper leash training and follow the basic commands and most importent, ask permission by watching to you and then get a command. Starts when a dog is still a puppy and must wait patiently for his food and not jump up and start eating when you put the kibble for his nose. how the owner act around dogs is importent to. They smell when you are nervous of to stressed. Than dogs take over controle can lead to growling when they are on the bed or couch and don’t let them into your space. Or when they live in a unhealthy environment with no rules, to much stress. I got my own dog and 5 I babysit. All dogs wants to be next to me on the couch and cuddle. They not fighting over it and wait patiently for their turn and I tell them ‘off’ when they must. Also they aren’t allowed in the kitchen. They all wait on the invisible line. So, I think a dog can be dominant when he wants to control his space when there are no rules, life in a toxic environment and got a nervous/stressed owner. You see it with people. If there are no rules, people will create their own to feel safe and control the situation.
PEOPLE ARE DISGUSTING
They are!!🤦🏽♂️😂
I hate ppl like this
Agility is the key for dogs who need some extra confidence ❤
That’s correct!🔥📈
💯💯💯❤️

Brilliant advice, 'The Bruce' has proper injured me several times dragging me off my feet. Thank God I live up in the mountains and no one to witness or pick me up.. Gona try this today!
It can be rough!! Good luck💯📈🚀
👍😊

I socialized the hell out of my Doberman and now I can’t take her anywhere but how do I train her to be protective when I want her to be. She just wants to love everyone. Which is good but I would like her to be a little more on guard
Look into protection training!!
Always carry.
I couldn’t agree more💯💯
Wrong advice. What you should do is build a good fence with sally ports. You want a dog that will attack an intruder. If you train it and it attacks, you are liable because you trained it to do so. Don't train, just keep control of them until the time is right.
Great 😅
It happens a lot😅
A well fed, well trained, well worked, and well socialized dog doesn't have a thing to bark about when it's chillin' with the boys in the kennel after a hard days work :)
Dude why make your dog gay
??
😅😅😅
Gay?!?😂😂😂
Real shit !!!

My dog want to chase a bicyclist, however I put that joke around and I don't allow it; what's the next best move
Obedience training. If that obedience is solid, the dog will sit when asked as the bicyclist passes by🤝
@@CaliK9DogTraining okay so back to the drawing board just a little bit thanks
Great, I wish I had seen this yesterday
Yo, that t shirt is dope asf !!!!
I appreciate it!!🫡
Very true ! Even though my Rottweiler is a sweet girl, she has a mean streak towards other dogs. Even my 11 YO Weimaraner can get it 😂
It can get like that!!😂
Why little dogs even exist.
😂😂
The original video was a corrective behavior video but some people don’t understand that, while I don’t agree with it, this was one where the big dog won’t hurt the little one, it’s not going to be the same with others, so Kudos to you for making people aware of that fact.
Absolutely 💯💯
Don’t own shit bred dogs with abnormal aggression
Don’t have small and large breeds together. Lil dogs always end up getting hurt or killed
It can be managed but you have to put in the work🤷🏽♂️
@@CaliK9DogTraining that’s the attitude to keep this happening again and again. it’s poor practice and very dangerous. Don’t be the typical aggressive breed pushing dolt
@@CaliK9DogTraining the little dog at the very least always gets trampled sometimes crippling the little dog. This is a scenario that happens very often. Talk to any veterinarian and you will learn. I am telling you the truth. “Can be managed” = I’ll take your money and BS you

100%, people that don't understand dog behavior should do their research
I couldn’t agree more, too many people buying breeds not doing their research about temperament and drive level🤦🏽♂️
Thanks for pointing this out! Woof!

It is a daily occurrence at Cali K9🤦🏽♂️
Great video my man. Keep it up!
Appreciate it man!🫡
When our amstaff is staring at and enjoying watching a gopher pop its head up and down out of its hole and another dog comes over to see what she is doing. She doesn’t like that either. 😂
😂😂😂😂
My baby is only 2/3 bullish (DNA: American Pitbull, American Bully, Shepherd, Super Mutt -likely chow). The pitty personality is strong in her. She's sweet and mellow. She melts from as much affection as you're willing to give. She's a sweety baby. She's quirky and playful. She's a scAredy cat with a strong flight response to thunder, lound bangs and senses of danger She also has a HIGH pray drive to small animals Despite all that, she also thinks she's a badazz and is always game to "play challenge". She's gentle but she's strong AF. And she will put on a strong front in the face of stranger danger where you can't tell she's a scary little shix. I 🤔 thought I knew pitties, having worked in a shelter. Knowing them and OWNing them, are too different things. She's a whole mix of pitty personality and it was a LEARNING curve. Before her I only owned dobie and rottie shep mixes. I will NOT have more than one dog with her. She's too reactive as is. TWO of them? I could do it if I had to...😮💨 But I KNOW I ain't up to it and don't want to
What you shared is a common issue many pit owners have until they are informed. It is very important to have them trained early on!
Ty this really hellped !
Dude none of those dogs were pitbulls they were all bullies you should know the difference talking about dogs. Do you research on bullies the EXL they have Mastiff blood in them, and the miniatures have French bulldog blood usually. So the XLS are going to potentially be more man aggressive because of the Mastiff blood they are guard dogs. There's only one breed that deserves the name pitbull that is a real American Pitbull Terrier like mine.
Same group of dogs🤷🏽♂️
Look at that shepherd. He’s totally focused on the owner/trainer
Daily training gets you this💯
or just stop buying pit bulls
I hate saying "My dog dont bite" ITS GOT TEETH!!
Any breed of dogs small or large can bite🤷🏽♂️
ANY DOG will fuck u up NOT JUST PITTBULLS!!!!
Except that pitbulls seriously injure and kill more people than ANY OTHER BREEDS COMBINED.
I agree💯💯
This philosophy should apply to having kids.
Exactly!!💯💯
Why is it always Pitt bull people talk about? When that breed you are standing next to is literally a crazy o.c.d breed.
👏 👏 👏 so glad I found you before I tried to own 2 dogs with no knowledge
Im happy you did too🙌
EXACTLY BRO, IT’S NEVER THE DOG’S FAULT BUT BAD DOG OWNERS.
Utter lies. Pit bulls have hundreds of years of breeding to BITE AND KILL SHIT
AGREED BROTHER!!!!
