  can you please help.... my bank deposited my check into somebodys elses account and told me to take a loan out to get my cash back.... when my check came back to my acct, they took my money to pay off the loan, but now they sent a letter saying i owe them the money they deposited plus late charges so now i have gave them three times the amount they "stole" from me what thf do i do, i have 2 young girls to take care of and barley make enough for rent and food.....

  Hi, what is the point in going through small claims if the defendant can just ignore the judgment? If it goes to high court they can then put all the assets in their name (remove assets from company name) and then they can avoid Third-party debt orders and charging orders. Is this not the case? Then you'll be more out of pocket.

  Very informative, I purchased a new vehicle and the gasket (or however it’s spelled) blew and every time I took it In for repairs they would tell me it was normal that it smelled like burning, they kept telling me I was not used to a new car, ugh I hate that they treated me like a woman that doesn’t know about cars which I don’t. well I hired an attorney Johnson Attorneys Group in California and he got them to buy my car back and pay off my loan.   Thanks you for making this video. This just happened to me and my bank is not open till Monday to Friday. I was panicking of what to do. Ill file a police report right away and then go to the bank and tell them about it. They stole 2.3k from me. I had only 800 in my checking and the rest was in my savings. some how they took it out of my savings and then moved it to my checking and took it out. I was like how will I pay the bills. But Thank you now i know what to do. I just hope my bank do the right thing.

  How about I was told when I bought my vehicle there was nothing wrong with it by several employees that work there when I told them it's leaking oil they said there was nothing wrong with it they took it in their Bay brought it back out 20 seconds later I think they put sawdust in the oil looks like it sure stop the leak drove the vehicle home now it's back at the shop because it wouldn't start something wrong with the fuse box in the oil pressure is going all the way up to 80 psi when you drive but they said there's nothing wrong with it they have been working on it for 2 days now my wife almost lost her job which means we would have lost everything we bought the car 2 weeks ago and only been able to drive it from the dealership home to the store one time and it broke down this is the second time they've had to tow it back to the dealership because it wasn't working

  I HAVE A GOVERNMENT ISSUE DEBIT CARD THAT MY SOCIAL SECURITY AND SSI CHECKS GO ON MINE AND MY BROTHERS GOES DIRECTLY ON, THE CARD CALLED DIRECT EXPRESS ITS A MASTERCARD, APRIL 1ST THERE WAS A THOUSAND DOLLAR STOLEN FROM IT, I NOTICE THAT AFTERNOON THAT MONEY WAS GONE FROM MY ACCOUNT AND CALLED THE CARD COMPANY AND TOLD THEM THAT MONEY WAS FRAUDULENT TAKEN OFF MY CARD AND MADE A POLICE REPORT AND HANDWRITTEN THE CARD COMPANY, AFTER CALLING THE COMPANY ALMOST EVERY DAY AND THE DETECTIVE THAT WAS WORKING ON MY CASE, THEY COULDN'T FIND THE ATM LOCATION, TO WHERE THE MONEY WAS TAKEN FROM, MY BANK SUMMARY ONLY HAD A STREET NO ADDRESS AND CITY AND STATE AND A NUMBER 399900 WHICH NO ONE SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT THAT NUMBER GOES TOO. SO THAT WAS MY RENT AND SOME OF MY BILL MONEY THAT WAS STOLEN. I PHYSICALLY HAD MY CARD ON ME, THE LAST TIME I USED MY CARD WAS ON MARCH 27, 2019 AT A GAS STATION THAT I ALWAYS GO TO, THE GAS STATION THAT THE ATM MACHINE WAS AT I NEVER EVER WENT TO THEY CAN CHECK MY HISTORY AND THESE 6 TRANSACTIONS WAS MADE ABOUT A HOUR APART. NO WHY WOULD I GO TO A ATM EVERY HOUR? SMDH... THEY REFUSE TO REFUND MY MONEY. I'M IN THE STATE OF MICHIGAN DO YOU KNOW ANYONE THAT CAN HANDLE MY CASE. SINCE THE CARD COMPANY COULDN'T HELP ME OR THE POLICE FIND OR LOCATE THE ATM TO GET THE FOOTAGE OF WHO DID, THEY TOLD ME THAT THE POLICE WOULD HAVE TO SUBPOENA THE CARD COMPANY TO GET THE INFORMATION HE NEEDED TO FIND THE ATM. SMDH THE POLICE SAID THEY DON'T SUBPOENA THINGS LIKE THIS, ITS A TIMELY MATTER ON GETTING THE FOOTAGE., THE CARD COMPANY WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE ME THEIR INVESTIGATOR NAME OR PHONE NUMBER TO GIVE TO THE POLICE.   I need a case review. I bought a new car 2012 with a trade in . I purchased a warranty which was not honored. BATE and Switch . Never received a payment booklet. I had the payment schedule on my phone and sent them month payments for over 7 years. customer service ignored my loyalty to them mistreated my patronage and denied my customer rights. MY papers stolen from my glove compartment and only a dealer can get into your vehicle with other master keys. the service agreement was not honored and my car salesman said he left the dealership because of irreconcilable differences in ethics. WHO KNEW CAR DEALERSHIPS COULD BE SO SHADY. I AM A VICTIM OF Customer fraud.
