What can someone do whose identity was stolen and money was stolen but statue of limitations timeline has been exceeded?

Hi I’m having a similar case with my Bank of America EDD account.

Thanks you for making this video. This just happened to me and my bank is not open till Monday to Friday. I was panicking of what to do. Ill file a police report right away and then go to the bank and tell them about it. They stole 2.3k from me. I had only 800 in my checking and the rest was in my savings. some how they took it out of my savings and then moved it to my checking and took it out. I was like how will I pay the bills. But Thank you now i know what to do. I just hope my bank do the right thing.

can you please help.... my bank deposited my check into somebodys elses account and told me to take a loan out to get my cash back.... when my check came back to my acct, they took my money to pay off the loan, but now they sent a letter saying i owe them the money they deposited plus late charges so now i have gave them three times the amount they "stole" from me what thf do i do, i have 2 young girls to take care of and barley make enough for rent and food.....

Co-signers can’t steal technically

I had that happened to me several years ago I was never giving my money back and it was almost $18,000 does it matter there’s so much time went by please please let me know
