  If this happens, you most likely have a bad connector at the low or high pressure switch on the hard lines of the condenser. I have had this happen 3 times so far. Wiggle those connectors. If it causes the compressor clutch to kick in,,, that's your problem!!!!!!!!!! You can try replacing the relay, but I would bet against it. If it does fix it,,, great, but if it don't, check these connectors. When you pull it off,,, you'll typically see burning marks. They use under rated connectors for these connections and are under a lot of vibrational influences. Good luck and God speed.

  @@froglobster You should have your 12V at both terminals on each pressure switch. Also check the clutch electromagnet. If you're familiar with a multimeter, you should have close to 0 ohms if you unplug the single wire and measure, on the compressor, between where the plug plugs in and the housing, That and having 100PSI at least but no more than 140lbs at rest of freon pressure at the low side and between 35 and 45lbs. when the compressor is running.   I wish i watched this video first. I watched another video and it was not as detailed and did not show how to remove the bulb. I had a hard time trying to remove the bulb but your video actually shows it.

  Let me ask you a question. In my case the clutch and the condenser fan work only if I apply ground from external cable to the main lines that go to them. Is this a relay problem? Unfortunately I can’t upload pics or videos to show you what I’m talking about.

  Thanks for the video. Couple of questions. Once the truck has been remotely started from the outside of the truck, then i get in, do i then need to place the key into the ignition and turn to "on" position in order to drive? Have you heard of or experienced any problems with seat or steering wheel controls once installed and working? Do you happen to know the max range at which the remote starting kit works? Thanks in advance!

  Yes, after remote starting the vehicle you must turn the key to "On" position otherwise the engine will shut off once you press the brake pedal. Never had or heard of any issues with the seat or steering controls so far. Hasn't had any other type of errors either. The max range would be whatever your original key fob is set to. So whatever distance you get with that would be the same even after the install. There is no extra antenna in the kit. Thanks for the comment!

  When I jump with wire compressor starts working just fine , but once I put back the relay some times it works and most times it doesn’t … I already changed the pressure switches and still have the same issues, don’t know what to do now 😅… any suggestions!!

  Yes, it only shuts off if you press the brake pedal without the key in the ignition turned to "ON." Also, after 15 minutes it will turn off by itself.

  There's no need to replace them with spark plugs. However if you have the funds it wouldn't hurt to do that as well just to future-proof it especially if it's over 150k
