  Maybe this is why I’m not a lawyer… but it feels illegal for an officer to pull you over for not having “visible plates” (which already seems like an subjective thing), then proceed to perform full inspections of them to try and find anything else they can ticket you on.

Meadowland’s and Merrillville for you 2018+ new comers was a tame spot to hang out but now unfortunately due to riders and drivers like this it’s where you go if you want a fast track to a traffic violation ticket from a pissed off traffic cop that had to cite 3 other morons like these two inexperienced riders before. Find another spot if you honestly believe this cop is outside his jurisdiction’s to caution you and politely ask you to “tone it down”

  Not illegal but it depends on the amount of decibels it does at idle and at 3k rpm . If I remembered well , I believe it is 92db at idle and 100db at 3k rpm . 5 years ago Quebec City ticket trap , lots of cops , microphones , computers , cost me $140 or so . Got baffles put in , not sure how many less decibels after that but I sure could hear my music a lot better . Hope that helps .

  Honestly, not cool reaction. Yes, many cops harass bikers, but that cop was absolutely chill and is just worried about you guys dying.   How did him pulling them over save a life? He admitted he pulled them over when they were doing the speed limit simply because he angry people on bikes were racing up and down the road that night. There's no where showing them doing anything illegal to illicit this stop. The cop was taking out his anger and frustrations on innocent bikers. Grow a pair of balls an stop being a bootlicker
