  The performance is amazing, you just looking at it like a woman trying to arm wrestle heavy-weight champions. The Tesla Model s is family sedan compared to insanely modified dragsters that are basically only good at drag racing

  @@Capy_Fpv I see you didn't read well or didn't understand. The Tesla is precisely an anonymous and sad car that will NEVER be able to excite as much as a car with a combustion engine. The example I gave you fits perfectly, if even the Tesla gets you a hair earlier in the curve it weighs like a truck and therefore would be sadly beaten by cars with much less hp, standing races right in the USA make sense, for the rest is when you drive on a course full of curves that you can see where the driver and car are worth it. But apart from the Tesla there are and will also be high-performance electric sports cars, but still very heavy and therefore with limitations due to the batteries, but which will always and only remain sad to drive. A thermal sports car is 100 times more exciting for the sound of the engine than a dull and anonymous Tesla.

  @@huskywr240 while yes that may be true what I'm saying is that the Tesla Model S Plaid is a five-seater family sedan. And the fact that it's so heavy and can keep that much is genuinely impressive. Now I did not fully understand your comment, and that is my bad. I just want you to understand how impressive the tesla is.

  @@Capy_Fpv I agree with what you say, but even if everyone likes to have a faster car than others, it would certainly bother me to see a Tesla in front of me, but I would never give up the pleasure of 360° sporty driving without the engine sound is reduced to less than half, sometimes even driving normally but hearing the sound of a sports engine is a pleasure. Let's also consider that with the weight that a Tesla has on a mixed route full of curves it would be beaten by cars with much less hp but much lighter. Even an electric sports car would always have a significant weight gap, the founder of Lotus teaches, the lighter the car the faster it is. But the advantage is also due to the all-wheel drive and the high hp, if you take Ken Block's car it beat a Tesla in acceleration with the same traction and hp. It must be said that for the price of a Tesla that perhaps you use every day you cannot find sports cars that are as fast on a straight line, but the strong limitation of battery life remains, if you exploit the performance you go a short distance and then you have to stand still to recharge, a petrol car instead goes further and fills up in a very short time. To date, electric vehicles still have strong limitations, moreover there are places where you can't find anything to recharge them.
