Yeah, that one dude totally messed up. How the conversation SHOULD have gone: "Were you in track mode"? "Wait, there's a TRACK MODE"?! Remember rule #1 folks: Nothing you say will be used TO HELP YOU in court.

The first clip with the license plate made me cackle 😂

Track mode is not illegal to have on a car they literally put it on there from the factory if it was illegal im sure the safety folks whoever makes rules and regulations for cars wouldn't have let them put it on if it was illegal the cop was singling out that car and way behind on his quota !

See, technically...🤣 it's not illegal at all, most if not all sports style cars have it. You're TECHNICALLY not supposed to use it on the road..... however, cops wrong outright
