Aegon crying alone while digging in his fingernails while Alicent's fscr showing she wants to comfort him while not being able to do it was the best moment of the episode and the green stans completely unable to digest themes and crying about how the writers the so biased they didn't show the green characters holding and group hugging in front of jaehaerys' body just shows that this show is too good for it's team sports MCU brained fandom. Whether aegon stans or daemyras, this fandom is too stupid for a shakesperean tragedy.

That is the only part that Rhaenyra and Viserys get wrong and it's why this succession has been challenged so much. Daemon is a brutal warlord of a leader, but has been loyal. He gets frustrated by peaceful diplomatic strategies, and acts out, but *he leaves* when you question his loyalty. And he's a pretty strong ally.

He's always about himself first and then everyone else... it's exactly why he in the end chooses to betray Rhaenrya and save Nettles sacrificing himself and it's why he said to Blood "a son for a son". I’ve legit been very pleased every episode of season 1 and 2. I’m not mad at the adaptations they had to make. My only problem is the lack of dialogue daemon has. I wanted to hear some dialogue between Aemond and aegon 2 after blood and cheese as well. I can’t be mad though. I give it a 9/10. The cargyll fight was one of the most brutal 1 v 1 fights in film history. Man:

I loved this episode. This reminded me of GOT. Rhaenyra really shines in both episodes and she completely won me over now. I can"t wait to see more of Mysaria and Rhaenyra in action from here on. The scene with Otto and Aegon was so thick with tension, so good. I must say I felt like Aegon would have been a better person had he had love and care from his parents. The little moments where Alicent didn't hug and comfort Aegon, where Aegon dismissed Haelena on the steps and Daemon just walking past Baela shows all the huge tears in all the relationships and emotions of all the characters. I teared up for the twins and Rhaenyra feeling sorry for them both really had me like her so much. Mysaria surprised me with the fact that I'm more interested in her character now than any other.
