You even noticed the fear in it the dogs eyes, let your dog get closer, and then when it ran (it RAN) you let your dog follow it. Being a pit owner I can tell from the video that it’s not the dog, it’s the owner. Pits are nanny dogs and I have two that look after my daughter and they don’t attack any animal unless it’s a threat to the family.

Almost every time I go to a dog park with my Irish Wolfhound, the other dogs say what is that? My wolfhound has to take a submissive attitude for the other dogs to approach him, after a few minutes the other dogs realize that he’s not going to eat them and say ok we can play. On a few occasions, the only dog bread stupid enough to think that my Irish Wolfhound submissiveness could be bullied was pit bulls. And every time the pit bull would start a fight, and every time the pit bull would be pinned in two seconds flat. My wolfhound would only use the amount of force needed to pin the pit and never did break the skin of the other dog! He would just wait for the owner to grab the pit and then he would let go of the dog! I wish I could take credit for this behavior of my Irish Wolfhound, but I can’t. It is their nature, they don’t like to fight, but if they must they will end it as fast as possible! It’s like trying to pick a fight with Andre the Giant! He was a very nice guy, but now and then someone would get stupid with him and regret it!

This is why I can’t stand other dog owners. Both parties aware of the problem, neither does anything to stop it. It sucks to have to call it a day but it was clear there was going to be a problem. If your dog wasn’t the aggressive dog and wasn’t interested in a fight, why sit back and allow them to be attacked? Pull your dog and then talk to the dogs owner. Waiting for them to be attacked and then looking to the owner to do something isn’t productive.

Can you tell why do people bring aggressive dogs to a dog park? Believe it or no we have a St. Bernard who at the time was only 13 mos at the time. We were at a beach and my husband brought him into a dog park enclosure to get him a drink of water when a German Shepard attacked him. He is a big baby and loves everything and everybody. Our dog had several bite marks that were bleeding. Our dog DID NOT RETALIATE at all. He is very friendly infact he is a Therapy Dog. He loves everyone! Needless to say my husband yelled a lot and it took several kicks to get the dog off ours. If you dog is aggressive DO NOT BRING IT TO A DOG PARK EVER! We never go to one except that one time to give him water. There are A LOT OF IRRESPONSIBLE people out there so be very careful at these parks!

If you watch all of Ronin’s videos, he causes the majority of the bad interactions in the dog park. He runs right up on dogs, also gets right up in their faces First before anything starts. His owner has no problem with any of his poor training .
