Just ordered your ebook… I’m definitely in the cycle of being in an out of pain… also I may have ordered it twice by accident? I’ll read it twice to offset the cost 😂 thanks for your inspiring insight!
You're very welcome! And if you ordered it twice, I'll of course refund you the duplicate payment. Just email me at [email protected]. Hope you enjoy the ebook!
Thank you. Bought the ebook last week. Perfect price.

Beware, he's a scammer. I bought his book and emailed him. I checked my junk email box for four days and still no book. he never sent it.

Will this work as a labral tear as a result of FAI? Femoral Acetabular Impingement?
@@thomassullivan1207 the tips would still apply, yes.
What if its the 9090 that causes the pain?
Spend time on the supine swivels and building strength first, then try the 90/90 movement again. I wouldn't go into pain.
dude. i tore my labrum in the gym leg pressing 200kg. its real, confirmed by mri. 15 months later, still hurts. am i better since? yes. has it gone away totally? no. i can do 95% of stuff. there are movements i cannot physically do due to pain, like cross my leg. I've learned to avoid certain movements and exercises.and i now wear socks, tie shoes and get in/out of cars differently.
my hip and leg have been hurting so bad past few days, cant really make it without my nsaids, and do not want surgery. not sure how much more of the sleepless nights and painful days I can take. Help me... lol
When did you escape from the hip pain after you first caught by pain?
@@castlelight Gradual improvement over years once I changed my belief system.
I cannot do the reverse lung on my painful hip without getting a sharp pain in my groin. Do you think I should just do them anyway in spite of the pain?
@@DavidHannon-cy7zs Never wise to go into pain during exercise. Instead, see if you can modify the exercise in a way that provides more comfort in the movement.
All these years and this what it takes to feel better. Mine messes with my sciatica 😢
was just diagnosed with labrum tear via MRI - they want to scope it. I am anti surgery for this. My question is when should i start incorporating the movements? I've been in pain for about 3 weeks straight pretty bad, havent really been able to do much, but the pain is slowly getting less. I am afraid if i start something too aggressive now I will just inflame it again and have to start all over. what do you recommend? Thanks brother, great videos
Hi Maks, Just came upon your video after cancelled my upcoming Hip Replacement surgery. Your message resonates. I have severe hip arthritis (stage 4) in both hips, left worse the the right. My biggest concern is the chain effect it has on the rest of my body with having bone on bone in my hips. An MRI shows degeneration in my L5 and S1. Its effected my mobility, pain is intermittent but I'm able to get long walks in and workout. It is an every day focus and I am caught up in should I have the surgery to get back to my where I used to be. Can you comment on my thought process?
Hey there! I think you made a wise decision to hold off on the surgery to explore other things and reflect. So kudos for that. The more MRIs and Xr-ays you get, the more diagnoses you'll receive. My suggestion is to focus on how you move and more importantly, how you interact with your discomfort. Changing these two variables can make dramatic changes in how you feel everyday. Good luck!
What about when your pain has gotten worse over 2 years and now barely able to walk. Constant popping and clicking and throbbing pain. And in search of answers learn you do have a lanral tear and FAI. You keep going doing the stretches and exercises to strengthen and only get worse? Now surgery is recommended - arthroscopic Is that all in my head? All of the pain keeping me up at night and limiting my ability to raise my leg and walk?
So, interestingly I don't have hip pain with my FAI, but I do have tight muscles around my hip that I just can't seem to release, and my internal rotation is very poor in that hip. I just need to be able to get internal rotation back in my FAI hip.
Yes, hip internal rotation is a common limitation for many people - those with FAI and without!
👏👏
Are this ok with anterior tears?
does this include people with no pain but just an unstable feeling. i read that you cant strengthen the muscles if the ligaments are damaged, or too damaged. ive managed for years without pain and just accepting not being an athelete anymore but now it feels i cant stablizie it all and its like a floating when i work it out and i cant stabilize the hip joint. will try these. thanks
Great video, thanks.
You're a genius sir.
I found the hip twists extremely painful in groin, right hip. Can i continue doing this exercise?
Reduce the amount of hip flexion by pushing your feet further away from you. This helps many people feel less in these unwanted areas and more in the outside of the hip, as intended.
What do you mean by “front” glute?
The glute of the front leg when you perform the exercise.
What if you have FAI in one hip? And you're stuck in external rotation, with almost zero internal rotation available?
I would still recommend building strength in that hip over a few months and see what happens. The key is starting with a volume that is low enough in intensity where you can get many reps (8-12 per set) in and build confidence in the movement. FAI is only as limiting as we want it to be (speaking from personal experience).
Re L position wall exercise - the quads need to stay squeezed for 4-5 minutes? thanks
Oh my goodness I was doing that with you against the door my legs up and my left hamstring is hurting so bad but I’m still doing it lol
Take a hot bath then get right into sweat pants first. Game changer🏁💪
Thanks...this was wonderful and I will be able to do it daily. 😍
Ballerina almost dislocated my knee
L position on the wall is causing my quads to shake/quiver. Last week the shaking wasn’t happening. Very unnerving. Also, lower back pain bilaterally is much worse in the last 3 weeks.
Don't do it. Just do the first one with the legs on the table. THAT is The One that will Open Up the thoracic and lumbar and relax and begin to re align the hips. That, is "the skeleton key" pun intended. Just do that one AM/NOON/PM for a month and keep notes on your progress.
Good video. Watch on 1.5x speed
Thank you :)
can hip labral tears cause foot discomfort/numbness? I'm pretty sure I have a tear but my symptoms are as bad in the foot as in the hip.
Thaks Maks for addressing mind body link
You got it Pam!
Thank you Maks, just finding out how much my own hip pain is related to fear, and my brain trying to protect me. This is a game changer. Very much appreciate all your content and your delivery of the information, in such an understandable way. (South of England)
Game changer, indeed! This is a huge discovery so congrats. I’m glad to hear that my content is received well across the pond ☺️
The towel really helped from swishing and sliding around thanks
you're welcome!
Thanks Maks, I recommend anyone who needs help dealing with Cronic pain to latch on to his program. Maks is the real deal.
Thank you so very much for taking the time out to share your opinion. I wish I would’ve found this information before I had 2 surgeries.
Thanks Kirk! It's a two-way street and you're certainly taking the lessons to heart.
You're welcome! All that matters is that you're here now 😀
Hi Max, keep going with your videos. As opposed to mamy youtubers nowadays, you actually help people with your knowledge
Thanks for the encouragement. It means a lot!
Do you think the hips could effect the shoulders in a reversal way?
Yes!
I did the 90 degree test against a door and i stood no chance getting my ankle over my knee, even with lifting my tailbone a little bit. the left side is of course a little worse. and when i sit and place my ankle over the other knee, there is only pain in my left side.
I got told by the doctor after having an mri that i have a labral tear but my pain is in my inner groin area
mine too. i couldnt believe it and would argue with the dr untill an mri confirmed him. he said the pain transfers due to nerves etc. when pushing it i also get buttock pain and on the outside of the hip
Why do you have to curl your fingers?
Hey i would like to ask you if you think it will work when i have arthritis and i think i have my hip pain because of that. I hope you will answer
Only way to find out is to try!
