  Fun fact, in the Sequel Wars of Mega Man 4: Part 1: In the clear weather when he goes up with this glitch, he goes down while burning fire & changing the the thunderstorm weather. Part 2: In the thunderstorm weather when he goes up again with this glitch, he gets shocked by thunderstorm.

  So the Japanese version of the game has the full english script and voice acting. It's identical to the North American release.

  There is a Japanes exclusive SCU release with an awesome artbook. I considered buying it, but I didn't want 2 copies of the game on Switch.

  Mega Man 1 and 3 are both in my bottom five Classic series games. I really don’t like how Mega Man slides for a second after releasing the D-Pad in the first game, which just ruins the feel of the game for me. And Mega Man 3 feels padded from having what is essentially two separate boss rushes, neither of which are fun. Mega Man 2, however, is my favorite game in the Classic series. It’s mostly due to nostalgia, since it was the first game I played in the franchise, but I really love the music, robot master designs, and special weapons. Yeah, there’s some BS level design in it, like the instant death section in Quick Man’s stage and the disappearing blocks in Heat Man’s stage, and everybody knows about the Boobeam Trap boss. But I can look past those few annoying bits because of how much I enjoy the rest of the game. And if I’m not enjoying the gameplay, I can always jam out to the music.
