  As well another restaurant in the area of Orange beach it is in Gulf Shores it is called the Sunliner Diner now it is amazing however it is very busy as it is very popular

  Still pretty strong! I own an STR property myself not far from downtown. Still a lot of tourism for being America’s first settlement and the downtown area specifically. We have a lot of other draws as well (Pensacon, holidays, parades etc). Happy to provide you some more detailed info if interested. Just let me know.

  I was stationed at Naval Air Station Whiting Field in Milton from 1978 - 1980 as my first duty station in the Navy. I had a great time there. From boating on the Blackwater River to hanging out at Pensacola and Navarre Beach. I met many fine folks in Milton!

  If I want to move there None of these applies, to I am interested in city traffic and access to grocery as Costco, employment opportunities, weather, apartments rentals, crime . I don’t eat in restaurants every day so don’t care much about it.😉

  8:22 minute mark in the entrance to Luna's Restaurant is a hideously racist relic from the deep South's ugly racist past... the 3ft tall black jockey holding the "welcome" sign has always been a notice to brown and black people that they aren't welcome. Orange Beach and some parts of Gulf Shores are known to be hostile to black and brown tourists... As a non-native you're oblivious but I wanted to give fellow travelers a heads-up on the mindset on Alabama's beachfront... take your money to West Florida. 👌🏾

  Definitely possible near fresh water but you won’t ever see them on or near the beach. At least I never have in 30+ years living in Florida. Actually I’ve almost never seen any since moving to the coast about 5 years ago. I used to live in Tallahassee far away from the beaches and saw them much more often. Thank you for watching!
