I listened to them in the 90s after I discovered Your Arsenal. Now im old and wear Smiths shirts, khakis and vans to the range, looking absolutely 10x cooler than the kids who show up there 😂 Midlife crisis? Who cares? I dont.

Dave would have eventually left after an album or two He would have just been too big for the band. And the personality clash would have just gotten worse. I mean we all seen him go through the drugs. It would have just been nice if once Dave got cleaned up they had all got together and made some new music.

OMG the lines are so bad lol it's almost like there is no script so they are like "Okay you're at the party. Argue." and they had no idea what to say so it just turns into "fuck you," "no fuck you - you fucking idiot" "Oh I'm a fucking idiot you fuck?" lol

I would loved for there to have been a sequel but only not long after the first film. 20 years was WAY too late. If a sequel needed to happen then it needed the original cast which I believe a lot of them were on board with but as stated it never happened. Just having Edgar in it wasn’t enough. David is a fan favourite and was meant to have survived after the first film because the stake didn’t pierce his heart but sadly the actor was too old to play him when the sequels were finally made.

Captain Howdy was covered by Death Metal legends Broken Hope. Another problem with subsequent reissues and even the original pressing on cassette was how quite it was. I was 7yrs old when my father brought Stay Hungry home and it's such a nostalgic album for me. Not long after dad brought home Under the Blade and You Can't Stop Rock n Roll. Fuck Come Out and Play. Love is for Suckers the title track is a very underrated song, except for the cringy Dee Snider talking part, but the harmonies on that song are so good.

I think Joan did a great disservice to Jackie and Sandy. A little more so to Sandy since she begged for years for the band to get back together. Also because she and Joan were close friends. I was really upset about that.

Cherie wrote a book about her life that is intense. That would make a better film IMO. I think The problem with the Runaways movie is Kristen Stewart, she is a terrible actor and every character is flat.

Michael Graves is super underrated. Famous Monsters and American Psycho are two of my favorite Misfits albums. I really dont like Earth A.D. as it's not melodic enough for me as I'm more into Skacore than "Hardcore" punk anyway. Graves era misfits made some banger tracks like - The Shining, Scream, Don't Open Till Doomsday, Resurrection and Them. Just completely underappreciated. Don't get me wrong Danzig was great and made some amazing songs as well. Hell, Horror Business is probably my favorite Misfits song of all time, but i still really enjoy Graves.

If they had released that album in 2001 it would have done much better. That said, some of the guitar solos are absurdly good, and I love TWAT, catcher in the rye, and the title track.

Best Skid Row video on the internet. 100% true.. except I like the albums that came after subhuman, but I know I'm one of those hardcore fans in the minority. I will say this to anyone reading "if you don't like subhuman race, you're not a real fan"...

@scoopedmids This retrospective video was the best two hours I have spent online in a long time; (it took me a little longer to watch since I would pause and really think about what was said); I have been a devotee for 40 years. This review of the albums was brilliant and very on point with how I felt about the music both with AW and post wilder DM. It goes to show you how even though you weren’t even born until after Wilder left, even you get how influential and important Alan was… Thank you for bringing back beautiful memories to the soundtrack of my life and many other kids of the 80’s and 90’s. ❤❤❤❤

The first 4 albums of both bands just kick ass, especially Megadeth. In commercial years again Megadeth kicks ass. Just compare Countdown with Black. Both bands went south until 2009 The End Game. Death Magnetic wasn’t that bad but production was down the drain . Mega 2011 and 2013 sucked ass. Dystopia not bad and their last album was great almost as great as the End Game. Metallica last two albums meh not bad

They should take a break and do different projects with other people. Reunite a few years down the road and do one or two great thrash albums then retire. They have a brand that apparently is bulletproof no matter how many shitty albums they put out so they might as well just try to get some perspective outside of their circle and come back refresh with opened eyes. Maybe a ptoject with Mustaine would get them back on track.

Guns and Roses played in Rock In Rio 2001 with the new formation and for me it was the best performance by Guns and Roses of all times, maybe sharing first place with some performances of the Use Your Illusion Tour. I've seen them live 4 times and since the Dj Ashba era, and they were not in par. The VMA Madagascar Performance was great, is not a hard rock song, but also both Finck and Buckethead performance was great. And you can't say the 2001/2002 line up was a bunch of unknown "who the fuck are these guys", you have to be pretty snob to not know Nine Inch Nails or Buckethead, or even Primus drummer Brian. Some of my high school friends were onto Nine Inch Nails, Marilyn Manson, Korn and Buckethead, man those kind of bands were very well known, and I'm from Argentina, you'd have to have been too dumb if you only listened to sweet power ballads... Also the Axl voice was great at that time, maybe is a you problem.

I've just finished to watch the video. I just disagree with the analysis of Memento Mori, for me one of their best album, with Martin at his best, songs who connect the intimate & the politic (My cosmos is mine and Always you : find protection from frightening reality in love or in your own bubble).
