100% agreed! I wish she survived. She would have fit into the Schumacher Universe well, because she's beautiful, campy, silly and fun, just like the Gotham of Schumacher's movies. I think she would have lived, had this been a Schumacher movie.

As much as I love the gothic aesthetic this film gives off, the special effects are pretty outdated. You can blatantly tell by the lighting that the film was shot on a soundstage inside a studio, and for the record, there’s only 40-50 crowd people in the tree lighting scene. I’m pretty sure Gotham City has more than 50 people living there.

Well back then they couldn't really CGI a crowd of people in there and this movie did not have a 200 million dollar budget so yeah they did the best with what they had .
