This has to be a joke. My house in America is on 2 lots and it is a two story house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. I paid $170.000 for my house. This house is way overpriced. No one has money to waste.🤷🏾♀️ My house is a brick house. I don't want to hear any cardboard comments. The man that I bought my house from is a builder. He built his house with bricks.

It depends on which state you live. That house you bought for 170,000 may cost 300,000 in places like Maryland. Try building in Liberia, you will be humbled by the prices

what metric are they using to determine the value of this house? Nobody in their right mind is paying or even having a sit down for negotiation for that property. pillars are poorly built and so are the bathrooms etc..
