Very nice apartment!! How much is it ? And does it have 24 hours Security? And does the kitchen have a stove for cooking?

Beautiful place. Recently, in America here. the first floor is more expensive than the second and third floor. I really can not understand why they decided to price rental apartments this way. And any family with more kids is referred to the first floor.

Really, usually first floor is the cheapest in the USA. It could be you have kids n getting 2-3 rooms. The states played a huge factor as well

Usually the first floor is a bit lesser than the second or third floor because it provides less security. Apartments prefer families with more than one kid on the first floor could be to help with noise issues as kids are prone to running up and down the apartment floors. And incase of fire, it would be less hassle to evacuate children from the first than second or third floor. My take

That’s the bad part, we never support on own local businesses. Please, always put prices in your descriptions and ask them to paint the walls.
