Made this last night after traveling all day. Wanted something light, flavorful, and sort of special since I hadn’t seen my partner all week. This was off the charts delicious! All the ingredients easy to find on a quick trip to the grocery. Didn’t make a huge mess or dirty a lot of dishes. And so, so satisfying. Served with warm baguette. Awesome!!

Her recipes are really quite good. Wholesome and delicious. Not expensive and no exotic seasonings you're never going to use again. If you're looking for technique try Martha Stewart, Julia Child or my favorite Jacque Pepin. My roommate and I bet on how many times she touches her hair and clothes. It's just a video. We're not eating her food.
