I bought just this canvas with the square drills and I did about 1/4 and had to stop. The drills were so many different sizes and there was no way to have them straight on the canvas. I got my money back on this one. I ordered a round one from this company but haven’t started it yet.
Was this the Senterwan, the “luxury” kit? The square drills did not appear nearly as nice as the round.

You made it through a LOT recently, and kept your head above water! Very impressive! I hope you had a BLAST at the retreat. It's on my diamond painting bucket list. I don't have kids, but I can happily report that I made it through the perimenopause-menopause brain fog. It got better. What I thought was weird was that I got PMS monthly for a full year after Aunt Flo stopped visiting..
I hope you get to go to a diamond painting event! It is definitely worth it. It was a challenge for me, but worth it. I met some great people. Thanks for sharing some of your midlife experiences. It’s helpful hearing from other women.
I just found your channel. It did just pop up on my page. I got those stickers. They work good. The only thing is that the special drills that aren't round or square aren't on the stickers

First time watching! I just ordered 4 different diamond kits from Temu, many of them selling on Amazon! I have been purchasing items from Temu for a couple of years with no issues. Your hands moving around is really annoying! I won’t be subscribing, can’t deal with the hands and your negativity!
After my thorough review [this video], I concluded that I liked the TEMU kits.

I like the little light but I will not buy it because I have such a hard time with the double sided acrylic pieces... doing the back side always drives me insane🤪 What a shame that the picture stand was broken😪 I hope they will refund you so that you can buy it again! Love seeing all of this, you do such a great job!!😘

Hi Valerie🤗 This is such an interesting video!!! I always had to laugh with the people applauding when you gave points😂😂 I didn't know about the AI issue with hands... OMG I bought that painting of the girl with the colorful hair and the cat and didn't even notice she has 6 fingers🤭🤭 That's just too funny🤣 I am working on a Senterwan painting right now and I have 2 more in my stash, they are all squares (I prefer squares over rounds). I love their quality!!!🤩 The drills are great and I love their rendering too, there is quite some confetti but I don't mind that. Thank you so much for all your time and effort, I really appreciate that you check out these Temu stores for us, it is very helpful!! 🥰🥰

Sorry unsubscribe I will not be shamed for buying my diamond art from Temu. I have never had an issue. I do it for my PTSD and if it's stolen art I'm sorry it's for my personal sanity only
I wish you had watched longer as I did buy several kits from TEMU and compared the quality from several storefronts. I was giving my personal limitations for what I look out for and try to avoid purchasing when I shop on TEMU. I think it is wrong of a company to steal images, but was not laying blame on the customer. I am sorry you felt shamed. That was not the intention. Instead I wanted to show how these companies do steal when there are options available to them that follow better business ethics.

Yo don't have to. Why do you feel that way? In this video there is nothing about shame on users of temu DB and I know that the theme "fault" can be one of the lifechanging themes of humans in this menthal shape. It helped me a lot to see and feel that humans (so we) always do their verry best. What they abel to do, what allowed the situation. Just let "the fault" go. It dont belongs to you! I wish you the verry best my Dear! 🌸
What are dmc codes
Ah! It is a standard color coding system. DMC floss (for cross-stitch) uses the same codes as a lot of diamond art companies. 310 is universally black. 666 is universally a bright red. Etc. Does that make sense?

I bought from this company from Temu lovely packaging and image but when it came it was a square which I never do and I always check so must have slipped past me 😢 its a humming bird in a jar. Onlyvhadc2 bags AB's in mine but hate squares so will look if they have a round, havnt checked the drills but will do 😅
Was it Senterwan? I found with the square kit there was no info that there would be any AB drills. For the round kit there was no information (other than what I eventually saw on the canvas) for how many ABs there were. Both were marked in their description that they were round or square, but in general, information was a little lacking.

I’m working on the classic flower kit now. I finished the exotic and I just LOVE them! I kit up as I do each flower. I don’t kit up the whole thing at once.
I am halfway through the classic flower. I’m also doing just one flower at a time, but combine the same drills as I do them.

I hope you have a great time at the retreat! I understand your anxiety. My favorite book series as a kid were Hank the Cowdog and Geronimo Stilton. They were the first chapter books i was able to read. We could get the audio for Hank the cowdog which made the books so much fun.

I didn’t grow up in a home that did any form of reading, I don’t even remember my mom reading to me as a child but I did love to read the book about Hellen Keller and I read it many many times. And if I ever found another form of her book I read that as well.

When I was a kid, my favorite book series to read was The Boxcar Children although when I was a little older, I loved the Nancy Drew Series. I was just going to say to go to a Michael's when you are in Ohio for the retreat.

My favorite book series to read as a kid was little house on the prairie and Nancy drew series. I loved reading when I was young (and still do) a couple of years ago I bought the little house series off of eBay ❤
Those were two of my favorites as well! My kids still loved the Little House books, but Nancy Drew was a hard sell. LOL

Loving this comparison series! Thank you so much. Now to throw in more, doh! Michael's has a brand of diamond paintings called Make Market which has mini diamond paintings as well now. They also come in a set of six and have a floral set with similar flowers. They are in round drills not square. They run $16.99 before discount per set. I did not pick up the floral set because I wasn't impressed with the rendering showed on the box. I did pick up a few of their other mini diamond painting kit sets though. Make Market looks to also be trying to do similar to PaintGem as their themes are similar to what PaintGem has come out with already. The canvas size and picture size is uniform, the drills are acrylic, the rendering is not great, no sticker sheet, no dmc codes, tool kit meh. What surprized me was that this is the same price point as the DAC! I did use a 20% off coupon which was $3 off per kit. DAC is saving some money though by not putting in the metal tweezers which typically do come with a square drill diamond painting. I hope you are able to find one of the Make Market floral kits to continue the comparison series with. Again, thank you for the fun.

I like both renderings. PaintGem is a higher quality and better rendering so I don't think they need to worry about losing diamond painters. The Temu set does appear to be rendered in a more realistic style as the PaintGem as an artists touch to the design. Temu set is rendered rather well though. If the diamonds were better I think PaintGem would have to be a little worried. Haha.
Yeah, I agree! If the drills matched the quality of PaintGem then there would definitely be some pretty stiff competition.
Please continue to do comparisons. You are nice to listen to. I checked out the kits by picture online. I have finished the PaintGem flowers but made them into cards and have given them all away. PaintGem and Temu flower sets both have Sunflower, Red Rose, White Daisy, Red Poppy, Bluebells, White Lily, Bearded Iris, Lavender, and Pink Tulip (though I think the Temu Tulip looks much more like a Tulip. Where the sets differ is that PaintGem as a Pink Peony, Pink Lotus and Violet; Temu has an Orange Peony, Orange Lotus and Crocus instead. I am waiting on my order to arrive of the new set, though I bought mine off Aliexpress instead of Temu. It looks to be the same set. For the price point, personally it looks very fun to do and is even cheaper than buying the new mini Make Market diamond paintings from Michael's which are not as good from my experience.

For the DAC kit, I think it’s going to be really annoying that they segregated the diamonds by image . If you only have one sticker sheet and non sealable bags, you have to kit up anyway .so you’re going to have to hunt for all the same colors from each image for your one label
