I'm starting to think i can't even call myself a gamer anymore. I don't have game pass, I refuse to buy AAA games full price, I don't play games with micro transactions, I can't stand playing online. The Bethesda is down....only getting a blank screen , with a small spinning wheel in the bottom right corner....LOL ....dropped $100 cad on this game and only been playing this game for 5 days (16hours) ... and the server is down... All the other games on XBOX are working perfectly. LOL if this is how , Bethesda operates....I won't be promoting it, long... It starts with a $7 deal and once successful, you mark my words....the price will go up to $10 and then $15 etc. It's a Pirates Game.

Star Citizen has been adding unique and impressive features no other game has for years. . But at the same time, all the basic features like maps and inventories took a back seat. No one is impressed by maps in SC. . they are just finally happy to see those features in and working. To me it's pretty undeniable why SC has so many backers. The downplaying of what it is in terms of tech always seems so unreasonable. Like "So it's cool and all you can land on planets with 50 people on one ship, but. . " . . That part took years to make and get working somewhat consistently. :D . . It's not just some cool thing . . it's the core game. Maps and UI updates coming in is a sign that the hard part is almost over. Edit: How is showing Squadron 42 gameplay, assets and features and saying it's feature complete, damage control? Also, a lot of those 2023 CitCon features are now in the PU.

Like seriously tho, wtf is wrong with Bethesda? This is the wildest move for a game with an overwhelming majority of negative reviews. Why would i ever pay for a fucking single damn quest knowing Bethesdas history with bugs blocking entire questlines? Consider this, *actually* fix the damn game first then maybe hit us up. Holy hell...

Starfield isn't a super amazing game. It's alright. And selling a mission is kinda dumb. But I'll 100% disagree with the sentiment that they "overpromised and under-delivered." They delivered exactly what they showed. Problem is people pulled wool over their own eyes and allowed themselves to get super hyped and create expectations that Bethesda never really set. I remember after gameplay was first shown and seeing so many people going nuts online thinking "oof, these people are gonna be disappointed..."

ALSO A REMINDER TO ALL GAMERS SPREADING THE GOOD WORD OF NOT BUYING MICRO-TRANACTIONS... When doing so try not to get in heated exchanges about it with other fellow gamers. Just be patient, say your piece, and try not to antagonize or insult. Insulting and demeaning others will NOT change anyone's mind or get them on your side. If they disagree just move on. Even if your stance is the objectively correct one, just pull back if things get heated cause it helps no one and is only detrimental to yourself. (this is mostly for those on social media but you get the picture)

I get why Lawrence thinks 2077 got bashed unfairly, I agree, but I am not sure the fact it had cars unlike starfield means that much when driving in 2077 is so awkward. The story & gunplay are fun, probably better than Starfield (I don't own it), but it averages as just decent when other elements still leave something to be desired.

One issue is a lot of people are using their 1,000 credit bonus for having the Premium Edition to buy this, thus pushing the sales numbers up giving the impression that people are buying credits and spending it on this one mission. Their total sales will really be inflated, forcing them to charge the same amount again for the next one.
