  That’s really my personal style since the 9th grade, now at 34 I go back to it fully because we can’t outgrow or hide our core self. I tried buying different colors of A-line skirt but I’ll end up blacking it out anyway. Takeaway is Once a goth always a goth.

  this is really creative! probably a stupid question, but how did you first start sewing, and how skilled would one need to be to dk this? I’ve never sewed in my life before with a machine and the last time I hand sewed was when I was a kid. now I am going to the Bridgerton ball and would love to dress up to the theme but don’t want to buy a costume because they’re all too expensive for one time wear or affordable but terrible quality and fit. if you have any tips, that would be much appreciated!

  I think the first sweater (or without). Also, I think black tights or leggings would tone it down if you don’t want negative opinions. One of my friends or a similar outfit when we went out, I loved it, but she did get some weird looks. With black tights or leggings, it looks less risqué and you keep the overall feel.
