I love to camp, fish, hike, hunt, adventure and pretty much do anything outdoors. I love taking my dogs wherever I go.
My channel is mainly going to be my adventures of camping and fishing with the random video here or there.
I am by no means a hardcore bushcrafter or survivalist though these are skills I am interested in learning.
I am just some guy who loves being outdoors and is evolving every year with how I do the outdoors.

Just retuned from our annual trout fishing trip. The lake wasn’t stocked yet because the water temp was too low still. Someone told us we have to troll. My wife and I kept asking, each other “How does Matthew troll?” And “What would Matthew do here?” Because we couldn’t get it right. 😂😂 Always in our thoughts!
Posa as a chef I need to help you. you poor poor foolish but very entertaining lad. You can not get color on fish or any meat in an over crowded pan..... that is precisely why we dont overcrowd them,,, space is needed to allow juices to evaporate or it overwhelms the heat and it boils your food instead of frying it.
Hell and Yes. Extended versions are the best and with Cpt. Trout, this is going to be an awesome video.

Do you carry a first aid kit? If so fix up a season pack put it in your first aid kit were you would always have it.
Love your videos. You should fix up you a season pack in put it in your tackle box or put it in your tent bag. Do it ahead of time . And leave it in there always.
Your campsite on Birch Lake is one of my favorites. The Walleye would come up close to shore at night, feeding on the minnows. One of the highlights was when my son caught a 38” Pike, from shore, using a 6” Whopper Plopper.
You should invest in sonar. That way you can see where all the fish are! Oh and next time your oatmeal gets too soupy add another package of oatmeal. And by the way, that is most likely a male partridge. Males are the ones who make the drumming sound.
