I know Minnesota had an unreasonably warm winter with lack of snow. That probably had something to do with the camping. Ive seen other content creators from there that traveled a lot this winter and struggled for content.

He mentioned he took a break because of personal reasons and wanted to keep it personal since he doesn't feel the need to put everything online (which we should respect). My guess is if he wanted to quit he'd make an update on that for sure, people just need to be more patient and stop demaning uploads from strangers.

Little bit of late start but not too late of start, just the right amount of late start.

I only watch for the dogs tbh, Matthew is cool too but I just adore those dogs. They are living the jackpot Life, Matthew takes such good love and care of them which makes my soul happy, just precious innocence.

"Do you think this is enough parsley?" That's precisely the amount of parsley I add to any dish.

Honestly this was great haaa, something about the chaos, and then you saying you have covers and bags for the camera you just don’t use them, something about that is incredibly relatable!! I’m like, yes. I know what I should be doing to make things better a lot of the time, but I just don’t. Lol. Great video. :)

Good to see you posting again, Posa! .Was getting worried about you, my guy. I started watching your channel in early 2020 during the lockdowns. Then, the protest and riots started. I'm from Michigan, so I couldn't turn anywhere without political propaganda or fearmongering. Had to lose some good friends and a few family members who got too caught up in that. Your channel was one of the ways I got through those few years. I'd watch your new videos and your old ones. Just wanted to say thank you for keeping the channel free from all that. I think you helped more people than you know. Keep em coming.. we'll keep watching!

I’ve been a member for 3yrs, 12m and 5 days. My first video was the Aprill snowstorm video. I had just lost my old dog and Monty became my internet dog. ❤ Matthew is entertaining too, but he is just Monty’s servant. ;) I love the bushcraft videos and this winter has been awful for snow! I live down south of you and it has been WARM, ugh. Thanks for yet another long video! It sounds like it was hard work getting the footage back. Back in the 70's the BWCA was still wild. No sign of trails or campsites. Map and compass.

When I go camping I always bring a little firewood to at least get my tent warmed up while I look for firewood. that way I am not too pressured to have to get firewood when it's dark

As my mom always says, when it snows.."it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas " welcome back

I gotta say your camp food looks so good. Every time I watch you cook I get so hungry. Over the weekend tho did a multi day camping trip for the eclipse. Me and a buddy of mine was saying how fun it would be to do a trip with ya. You would die laughing and prolly say what the hell are you goin to do with all that firewood?!
