    привет всем! я собираюсь делать эту тренировку на протяжении недели. так же я уже сижу на диете и много двигаюсь. хочу просто похудеть еще немного. я также делаю каждый день и другие разные тренировки. от этого тоже будет зависеть результат. сейчас 2 день как я делаю подряд. вернусь в следующий понедельник 🤗🩷

    I know this is not a K-pop idol workout but can you please do Daisy Keech’s ab workout, I would find it very helpful. Although this workout is similar to Daisy Keech’s.

    The first exercises aren't very hard but then it gets harder and harder.I hope I can do this workout for 2 weeks. Btw thank you so much because I wanted a lower abs workout. Lots of love from Greece 🇬🇷❤❤

    Olá pessoal! Eu vou tentar fazer esse exercício durante um mês, também vou fazer o pilates da wonyong. Vou fazer isso porque quero mudar o meu corpo nessas férias da minha escola. Vou fazer isso e o pilates da wonyong, também vou andar de patins na minha rua! Não farei os exercícios aos domingos. Dia 1 → suei um pouco, mas foi legal. Até que não foi difícil! Dia 2 → alguns exercicíos finais doeram meu abdômen, mas foi tranquilo.
