I know this is not a K-pop idol workout but can you please do Daisy Keech’s ab workout, I would find it very helpful. Although this workout is similar to Daisy Keech’s.

Olá pessoal! Eu vou tentar fazer esse exercício durante um mês, também vou fazer o pilates da wonyong. Vou fazer isso porque quero mudar o meu corpo nessas férias da minha escola. Vou fazer isso e o pilates da wonyong, também vou andar de patins na minha rua! Não farei os exercícios aos domingos. Dia 1 → suei um pouco, mas foi legal. Até que não foi difícil! Dia 2 → alguns exercicíos finais doeram meu abdômen, mas foi tranquilo.
