Air Force stationed there in 89-90. I laughed hard when you said TV room dont know what that is!! Back then we called it our day room, and come Sunday nights, it was packed! Obviously alot has changed, but it was nice to see a memory over 30yrs ago..

I was going to trade my Bose 700 for these and I’m glad that I didn’t, I hated the functionality and I found the sensors was quite sensitive and the comfort just didn’t sit well with my ears.

The touch controls on these are rubbish!!!! Swipe left and right to change tracks and swipe up and down to change volumes is ok but tap to pause and play hardly works. I have to basically slam the touch pad to stop and pause and even then it does not even register my tap. Considering returning these and buying a cheap pair of over the ear headphones instead 😡😡☹️☹️.

Completely agree I literally just bought a pair n hour ago n I'm absolutely disgusted. These are trash. I have a pair of 8 year old parrot zik 2.0's n they n every single way destroy these. They look n feel cheap. Sound is maddening. I should have stuck with seinnheiser. They are so above and beyond these xm4's. So sad I wish I saw this review ahead of time. Thanks for your honesty. I was at Corry Station in 1991 and our rooms were so much bigger than what you have now. When you first enter the suite, there was a little area with a couch and tv. Then there were two rooms to the left and two rooms to the right. They were big enough for three people each. They had a single bed a bunk bed. The rooms were spacious; we didn't feel cramped. We had a combination lock on our closet. We did not have all of those benches around the trees like you have. Our laundry room was way bigger; like a regular public laundromat. I really miss being in the Air Force and I miss Corry. I sure was wondering what Corry looked like these days. Thanks for this video.

Ironically, I had a nicer room back in 1984. But we were allowed to do nearly anything we wanted with our rooms, so my roommate and I took full advantage of that. We had our room custom painted and carpeting, refrigerator/microwave, etc… . Plus, the old lockers weren’t beat up back then as they were still reasonably new.

I agree. Just got mine yesterday, and I will be returning them today. They are uncomfortable and the battery life isn't great. Anyone can say that head size matters, but a lot of reviews are talking about the headband being too uncomfortable too. These are not worth $300 if you can't even wear them for long periods of time..

Yes. Don't buy gigabyte products. They cheap out on shit. Had to pay over $250 to get thr fan fixed because the bearing was going out. Not a year and a half later, i might have to do it again

I'll just say one thing. Initially the sound quality will make you feel satisfied. but after some usage, they tend to become one the most irritating devices. seriously, i don't know why, but i always feel that the right ear cup is a lot more roomy than the left.

I had them for like 20 minutes before I returned them. The audio is decent but nothing crazy. The app isn't ver customizable. The noise canceling is insanely good. The ambient noise is trash. I have a pair of jabra 75ts and they sound almost exactly the same. The jabras are actually louder and sound cleaner in my opinion. The comfort on the Sony's is good but the made my ears sweaty and I just couldn't picture myself using them over my jabras

The chain of command side of it is pretty important, and having same living arrangements, having class together, and everything.... I see how that would be a recipe for disaster

Your “con” is comfort and returning them is fine but we all have different head shapes and sizes, the EQ also adjusts the sound in the app (that’s the point of the app... and vocals are important if you know about music and headphones they add base to make them seem better quality.... but it’s just a bass boost...) doesn’t seem like a real world review

Comfort is arguably the most important aspect of any headphone, and the xm4s feel like CRAP. Why? The ear-cups aren’t deep enough. I didn’t have too much of a prob with headband. Who wants to feel the driver pads scraping your ears.

You need to break in the Over head cushions. Its a brand new headset and you should expect it'll take a bit of time to break in the cushioning

I’m returning mine today after a few days use. Didn’t work well with two iPhones together I really didn’t care for the cups. Compared to my 910s just to soft and mushy they completely compress in on my head I like thicker cups.
