This is a message for non-Iranian audiences watching this video. Iran will be free The Islamic Republic regime is attempting to propagate its narrative by portraying the Iranian people as devout Muslims who wear hijabs and are faithful to Islam. In reality, the majority of Iranian society (over 90%) does not believe in Islam and is fundamentally opposed to both Islam and the Islamic Republic regime. Recently, during the "Women, Life, Freedom" uprising, the Iranian people demonstrated that they unequivocally reject Islam and the Islamic Republic. Every day, thousands of individuals in Iran are arrested and tortured for not adhering to mandatory hijab laws. Sepideh Rashno is one of the courageous women who was sentenced today to three years in prison and fined for opposing the compulsory hijab. A significant number of KZreadrs and travelers receive money from the Islamic Republic to depict the Iranian people as religious, Muslim, and backward. Recently, coinciding with the month of Muharram, which has no historical relevance to Iran, official government statistics indicate that less than 1% of the population participated in mourning ceremonies. Nevertheless, many KZreadrs traveled to Iran during this time, aiming to portray the Iranian people as eagerly participating in these non-Iranian mourning rituals, which is a blatant lie. Be aware that any video you see on social media regarding Iran that features hijabs, Islam, mosques, the Islamic Republic flag, or claims of Iranian support for Palestine or animosity towards Israel is part of the regime's propaganda efforts to normalize opposition and violence against the Iranian people. During domestic football matches, the Iranian people have openly expressed their disdain for Israel, while Iranians abroad have stood in solidarity with the Israeli people at gatherings. The Islamic Republic seeks to justify spending billions of dollars of Iranian money on fostering terrorism in Gaza, which is why it portrays the Iranian people as supporters of Palestine. At all pro-Palestinian gatherings in Iran, those present are often affiliated with the terrorist IRGC and have been compensated for their participation. These individuals have no understanding of Iran's political, social, cultural, and historical context and produce content aimed at specific agendas.

17:07 Iran before Islam was not the Bedouin culture you know from the arabian peninsula, in fact, it was much richer in culture; our Islam is a bit off and Iran and it's ethnicities(not including Arabs) are not in any way related to Arabs in Origin.

While we would wish that this would be the full picture, it is not the impression we got. Obviously, we saw some women not covering their heads in public, but these we comparably rare and localized observations. Some streets in Tehran or the special status island Kish seem more like an exception to the general situation, at least when we were in the country. In any case, we wish for freedom of expression for everyone in the world.

  • @AmazingWorldBikeTour

Well, as we see it, mainstream news focus on issues that are of general interest to large groups of people. We are generally under the impression that what they show is indeed the case, but of course, there are many topics (e.g. the hospitality of Iranians) that are of less interest to many. This can easily create a bias in perception. However, we have no reason to assume the issues we were concerned about from the information we had is not accurate. Iran is, in some ways, indeed a far more dangerous place for tourists than most countries. If not very careful, one can get into very serious trouble easily, even without wrongdoing.

Our convictions rely on the evidence based scientific method. So far we have not seen a single piece of evidence supporting any religion in the world. Still, we find it interesting and important to understand how religions are used. Also, mosques are nice to see from an artistic point of view.

What is interesting at the beginning of this video you spoke of mandatory hejab and the punishments for not having it ... jail time and penalties and how so many people died over that mahsa ameni uprising, but your own women for most of the video has no hijab in public and no one even looks at her... And as fare as mahsa amini uprising goes if you had done your home work you would of known she died becouse of health issues not the harassment of police and the uprising was backed up by separatist Kurdistan groups back up by U.S.A as john bolton leaking and spelled the beans on BBC on air how usa is sending weapons and Kurdish terrorists in to Iran to start a civil war... We have a saying in Iran when you eat someones salt you don’t break the salt shaker, meaning you have the nerve to visit Iran been treated so well by the people and spread and repeat westen parapaganda . Shame one you don’t comeback to Iran go to Afghanistan

  • @AmazingWorldBikeTour

What is interesting is what conclusions you draw from a 30-minute video. We spend roughly 12.000 minutes in Iran, of which we obviously only filmed a fraction. In public, I always covered the back of my head, respecting the local rules. Despite that, there still were several occasions when a random person would express anger towards me. However, since the vast majority of Iranian people we met were hospitable and kind, we chose to overlook those moments. However, we have zero intention to destroy the salt shaker. If you would do any proper research, it would be clear to you that her death was a direct result of the physical abuse.

Everything we show is backed up by very good research from countless independent sources and/or actual personal experience. I always covered my head in public, but despite that, some religious fanatics would still express anger to me at times. Just because we choose to show Iran in the best possible light, you shouldn't be so naive to think we don't know what we're talking about. How you portrait "western countries" and the general situation of the Iranian people appears a bit out of touch with reality to put it mildly.
